The atmosphere was great! Trendy and Modern hotel. view of the city airport was a bonus. Some staff were great but there was a male worker who genuinely was poor at customer service not made any eye contact or had any enthusiasm. Made use feel like the check out was very rude but check in was very good as we arrived slightly earlier so she let us wait and gave us a room when it was available. she was welcoming and friendly. Security person was friendly. Lots to do in Lobby area and relaxing atmosphere with great choice of music playing! Rooms were spacious and clean comfy beds. Smart TV was a good bonus! location to DLR is perfect.

Food timing should be extended as we were hungry had to order out shame as menu for hotel sounded tasty! some staff need some training on how to offer customer service a little smile goes a long way! Felt like it was a job he was told to do rather than working to enjoy the work!

We stayed here for a conference we came from SA, and it was a bit of an expensive visit than I'd expect for a budget hotel. My room was clean but it would've been nice to have more amenities for the price, I can't complain. My welcome at check-in was exceptional and very friendly and informative. I would recommend it.

The bed was incredibly comfy & soft, the room and bathroom looked amazing & was cleaned perfectly, the rooms had perfect lighting and although some reviews note a high amount of noise from the airport, we didn’t hear a single plane.

The water in the sink didn’t drain very well, and the Men’s Toilets in the Lobby could be cleaned and redecorated.

The Room was very lovely, although you are very close to the airport your room is sound proof so a soon as you close the window you can't hear any of it. The Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful especially when our door pad had ran out of battery. The lobby area is so fun with pool, foosball and Jenga so you'll never be bored. The cleaners are also so friendly and kind to you. Its close to the DLR therefore you're still able to get in to the city centre with ease and not a lot of walking there was also an asda 10 minutes walk away.

Theres no Bath just a small shower and although staff were very helpful with our door pad it was very annoying that it had ran out of charge as waiting for it to be changed had made us late for a dinner reservations on valentines day.

Nice hotel. Close to the Excel Convention Centre. Spacious rooms. Very nice breakfast comparing to London.

It is not a 4 stars hotel. More 3 stars. Bathroom is very small. Clogged draining in the shower. No water bottles in the room!

The hotel was excellent. Outstanding location and very millennial/Gen Z. Great vibes. The rooms are surprisingly spacious and the bathroom is pretty. And clean. You can connect your device and stream Netflix/Disney etc from your phones. The bed was really comfortable as well. I was staying at Moxy since my landlord was doing repair work, therefore, I needed a place to call it home for almost 5 days. It was perfect. If you drive, you can park at the back of the hotel for £15 a day.

It would've been nice if there was better support for customers. When I was checking in, five minutes went by while others working the front desk could have helped me out, they chose to ignore. Staff members rarely break into a smile. I had three different conversations with unexpectedly expressionless folks. A week ago, I stayed at another hotel and was shocked to find that the staff behaviour there was 10 times better than this one. The employees could use some guidance on how to interact with customers more cheerfully.

Great location to train and central London. Comfortable bed. Loved the style & attitude the hotel was about.

Carpet in room was grubby and not vacuumed.

The facilities were right up our street, with board games and the like on offer it meant any spare time we had at the hotel was spent doing something fun and enjoyable. The room layout was sleek and had all we could have wanted for an overnight stay.

Very little to say on this point - we didn’t encounter anything we didn’t like!
