Hampton Inn Manhattan/Downtown- Financial District

I liked the location, wall street is really quiet and clean these days, the main subway I used was round the corner, and plenty of 24/7 stores. I liked the breakfast, the lady was sensational. I liked my shower.

I actually went to the wrong location, yes. 2 Hamptons on the same street, it was frustrating, I had to walk tired and hot from one to the other, the confirmation email didnt stated clear and big the address number one, very hard to find...then my luck one 32 when it was 320 same street mine. I wanted a king bed, that a what I booked I was offered a inside building view.... I was tired and hot... I took it.

The hotel was very close to various subway lines to reach Uptown or Airport, has many shops /Starbucks around the facility. It's very close to Battery Park, Statue of Liberty and Staten Island ferry. It has free breakfast which I thought was not included and it was very satisfactory and the variety of the breakfast was more than I expected.(Omlette, waffle, bagel, oatmeal, cheese, cereals and fruits) Also free coffee and tea which you can have anytime during the day. If you ask they clean the room everyday which is also free. The bed is really comfortable. The soap, shampoo and other materials they put in the bathroom was all Neutregena. Everyday they put a make up cleaning wipe.

There is a noise coming from the building's air condition across the street and it may be disturbing during sleep. Also the air condition in the room is a bit loud. So we had to turn it off while sleeping. We had only 2 luggages so we didn't have problem, the room is not very disturbing but a bit small.

The size of the room is very good. The location is excellent because it is only five blocks from where I work. I need a place to stay while I look for a new apartment in Manhattan. I had problems with my landlord of my apartment and I had to move. Now I am looking for a new apartment. I also like that breakfast is included.

I don't like that I am only allowed to stay 27 consecutive days and then I have to leave for a day before I can return to the Hampton Inn Downtown Manhattan Financial District at 32 Pearl Street, NY., NY. 10004. I need a place to stay while I am looking for a new apartment. II had problems with my landlord and I moved. I needed a hotel near where I work while I am looking for a new apartment. I hope to find a new apartment soon.

Excellent location to the city ferries, to SI ferry, to ferries to Liberty Island. 3-4min walk to metro. Few minutes walk to Wall Street etc. Nice stay,hopeful staff, I could make an online order to the hotel. Coffee available round the day is excellent if you come back tired in the evening. Recommend to stay in this hotel.

Should be more diversity when it comes to breakfast, but it was not bad generally. I expect veggies and other fruit than apples and oranges.

Front desk staff was very kind. Nice soaps, lotions, etc; smell very nice. Clean sheets. Good channel options on the tv. Free tea and coffee all day, and a nice free breakfast.

Our toilet in room 302 wasn’t working properly, and the bathroom door didn’t lock. The tea/coffee station was not easily accessible when having breakfast.

The location is perfect. And the breakfast was better than anywhere we've ever stayed. The hotel is walking distance to many sites. There is a store open 24hrs right across the street for people that like a late snack.

There's no airport shuttle service offered. And our room didn't have a fridge. With those two additions, this hotel is a 10/10.

The Hampton staff were very accommodating to my hotel and traveling needs. They were professional, kind, and considerate. The breakfast food each day was delicious and hit the spot. The price for my hotel stay was affordable and os centrally located in the downtown Manhattan area.

Not being told upfront the cost of the incidental accident of $150. As I had booked and paid for my hotel stay ahead of time in September and was not informed of these costs until my arrival at Hampton Inn. I did receive my reimbursement, but would have like to known about the incident cost upfront.

Room was tight, but clean. The bed was super comfortable. Location made it easy to access popular sights in Lower Manhattan, as well as the subway. Two out of three front desk associates were helpful and friendly.

They have a breakfast, but it's not great. With so many options in the city, I'd skip it unless you're desperate.

I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The staff was wonderfully attentive and thoughtful, the rooms were clean and efficient, and the bed was so comfortable (I spelt great)! Great location, too! Very comfortable, great shower, especially coming in after a late fun night. Very relaxing and private.

Really enjoyed the breakfast, good variety and especially liked the waffle station. Staff friendly and helpful. The gym was good enough for a work out.

Fridge in the room, but not essential. I like a firm pillow and both of the pillows were the feather type.
