The location - walking distance for the tourist spots - American Indian Museum, Charging Bull, Battery Park, Wall Street, Trinity Church and Ground Zero, World Trade Museum Shopping Area - just walking distance in TJ Max, Mall of world trade center (underground) Room and Bed - very comfy Train Station - just a few steps from the hotel - this is superb! Food - many resto within your reach

Excellent location, good sized room, a little bit dated but it didn’t matter. Large bed, comfortable, good sized bathroom, 33rd floor. Only 3 lifts but this was never a problem for the whole 5 days we stayed. The most we waited was 5 minutes around 11am when checking out. I would definitely stay here again. Most of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Location so close to WTC, Battery Park for Statue of Liberty. Able to walk uptown easily to. Subway station on the corner of the street.

A great price for an amazing location, very walkable to so many things. The room was very clean and had a nice design, although starting to get dated. Good lighting and plenty of mirrors for getting ready. It was also a good-sized room. The 24-hour mini mart on the 2nd level was nice to have as well.

Only having 3 elevators for 44 floors is impossible. Had to allow extra time to get downstairs based on always waiting for an elevator. Our room was also very stuffy. The AC wouldn't stay on and we couldn't sleep well since we'd constantly wake up feeling like we couldn't breathe. The shower kept leaking into the bathroom floor so we had to ask for extra towels as even with the door shut, the water would seep out.

Location is great, there are a lot of bars and restaurants around. Subway is right there. The only issue with this property is the number of elevators. If is the peak time, like mornings, you can wait for one for 10 to 20 minutes (no, I am not joking). I never saw something like that, we were on a high floor, so sairs wasn't an option. Besides that, the room was very good an staff excellent too! I would definitely go back.

1. Great location: 3 metro stations in 3 min walk, close to the river, in the center of Financial district. No homeless or suspicious people around. 2. Facilities: No problems with hot water or air conditioner, fridge and hair dryer available. 4 USB chargers near the bed + 4 regular sockets. 3. Queen size bed is perfect size for 1 person, not for 2. Bed was very comfortable, with 3 pillows. Btw, the elevators are not a big problem: there are 3 of them and they move quite fast.

1. No room cleaning during my 4 nights stay, even no rubbish removal from the bin. 2. No shampoo for hair, only body soap and conditioner - strange set. Don't forget to take your own shampoo if it's important for you. 3. Quite poor noise isolation: every sound from the nearby rooms is hearable.

Location is great, Wall Street within walking distance, Battery park & cruise terminal to Statue of Liberty were less than 250 meters from the hotel. Charging bull & fearless girl were also within walking distance from the property. One could just walk to Trinity Church, 9/11 Memorial & Museum within 10 minutes.

Waiting for the elevator at times could be frustrating, but every thing else was just perfect. The elevators was quick during non peak hours, it was only during the peak hours that we had to wait for couple of extra minutes.

The hotel was in a great location. Staff were very friendly and professional. The hotel/ room was very clean. We didn't use the maid service to clean our rooms, but they were nice enough to notify us that we had turned down the service. Breakfast was great, too. Great way to start the day. Love the little touches, like free bottled water and snacks if you are a Hilton member. And the warmed cookies on arrival. The lobby is on the 2nd floor and looked amazing and very modern. The pictures on the website do not do it justice. Staff are accommodating we asked for a high floor with adjoining rooms as we were traveling with teenagers. Also, we arrived early and were able to leave our cases while we went sightseeing.

The elevators are slow and small. There are only 3 elevators for 44 floors. We were on the 29th floor and had to wait nearly 15 minutes. They don't have fridges in the room, but do have a cool drawer to keep things cool. These are definitely not deal breakers.

I guess the hotel is on very good location nearby public transports , One World Trade Centre is in walk distance. Food shop and restaurant in the street.. The city centre is 15 minutes by metro. The service in the hotel restaurant wasn’t good every day but all together i liked it. My bedroom located on 33th floor with exciting view to WTC. My bed was VERY comfortable!

When you try get down to ground floor in busy time that can be so bad experience. I spent 5 days in the Hotel and even two times was more than 25 minutes to get down by elevator. That can be not so pleasant in winter when you wear layered clothing.

The bed was soooo comfy, and the room was beautiful as well with a great view of all the tall buildings. The hotel is right in the middle of the financial district so this is quite central to a lot of things, 9/11 memorial and museum is with walking distance, Wall Street, the Staten Island ferry, Brooklyn bridge. I would say 10-15 min walk for all of them. Times Square is a subway ride away and the West Village for Sex and the City attractions. Perfect location and I would rather stay here then Times Square as it’s nicer to be around

The elevator takes a long time at certain times of the day because there’s about 40 floors so sometimes you can wait a long time. When we checked in we had to give a $250 security deposit which we didn’t know, you get this back at the end but if you don’t have it make sure you do as I didn’t know this and my sister had to pay it. Not sure if this is everywhere in America and I was just naive to it
