Nice location right near the Chelsea Market. The reception staff were always helpful with advice and suggestions. They can also change money to make change for tips for housekeeping. It is worth mentioning that the housekeeping staff and the doormen were very courteous and polite. We felt very welcome during our 10 day stay. By New York standards, the room was quite spacious ie. we could navigate around the bed easily, and had some small storage space and drawers/hanging space for our clothes. The view towards the Hudson from our high floor was light and bright!

Breakfast was basic, continental, with coffee, juice, pastries, toast, and boiled eggs. The seating was limited but there is a spacious reception area with lounges that can accommodate the overflow. The pillows were not comfortable, basically unstructured, feather/down pillows. I asked several times for an ergonomic or more structured/firm pillow but they were not available.

The room was a good size for a Manhattan hotel and the space in it was used well. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was modern, the shower had excellent water pressure. It was incredibly quiet, particularly when you consider there is a nightclub on your doorstep! The included breakfast was pretty basic but still appreciated. The staff were helpful at check-in and check-out, we didn't have to ask them for any other assistance.

Not much, maybe a bit more variety at breakfast and the pillows were a little soft for my liking.

The beds were comfortable, with soft bedding and a turn down service every day. The bathroom was lovely - the shower in particular had great water pressure! The location is excellent, and despite being super central the room was very quiet. The staff were really helpful too.

The rooms aren’t huge, but they’re certainly bigger than other rooms at a similar price at other hotels. We also couldn’t use the complimentary bicycles, as they weren’t like regular bikes (they didn’t have brakes, didn’t seem to be able to adjust the seat height). We used the Citibikes instead - not a big problem, just something for future guests to be aware of!

The staff was really helpful- they even lent us a Keurig so we could have coffee in our room. I really liked the online check-in system. The design of the lobby and rooms was really nice and the location is great- right next to the Chelsea Markets and the subway.

The breakfast was the same thing every day: hard boiled eggs, toast, a few yogurts, and some mini pastries. I was really craving something warm by the end of our stay- or even just some peanut butter for the toast so that there would be some protein beyond the eggs and yogurt. For this price they could really stand to up their breakfast game.

Location was excellent. It was right next to Chelsea Market and all the main highlights in Manhattan. Lot of 24/7 shops to get amenities, and a short walk away from great restaurants. The hotel itself had a different maritime ambience. There's only a bit of muffled noise (of honking and ambulances) from outside coming into the room. I didn't notice it at all during sleep.

The rooms were a bit small, but that's expected at such great locations in Manhattan for the price. The breakfast wasn't a hot one: no scrambled eggs or sausages. I would suggest that this be improved to meet the high standards of the hotel.

Lovely staff, a cozy room with a beautiful view of the city. The bathroom had high-quality products and everything we needed for a romantic getaway. We were there on a weeknight and were able to have the lobby fireplace pretty much all to ourselves. The delicious continental breakfast completed our great experience.

The bed wasn't super comfortable, probably time to upgrade the mattresses. But honestly, this wasn't a big deal because everything else was on point.

Location is amazing, we especially liked fusion TAO restaurant and night club downstairs (do not worry you can not hear it from your room). Very clean hotel.

No option for free TV or even music - everything charged to your room. There is a music speaker in the room with 3.5 mm headphone jack and regular USB port - a little outdated, I am not even sure somebody can use it nowadays. The only our window was looking on the back wall which is 5 ft in front - no view whatsoever and nobody told us about that.

Atmosphere of the hotel was unique and charming. Room was spacious, well-planned, with a great view not impeded by neighboring buildings. Staff left us a bottle of wine for our anniversary, accommodated early check-in, and held our bags on the day we left. Super convenient to Chelsea Market and the High Line.

Wish the shower had a bench, and couldn't figure out how to turn on the bath fan. Free breakfast was what you would find at any mid-range chain hotel. This is NYC - a good bagel and a wider variety of fruit would help a lot!

Check in. Check out. Room was more than adequate for two people. Nice bathroom, with a shelf for the wife to put all her stuff. Lobby is awesome. Breakfast was very good assortment of foods, and the coffee was very good.

Nothing that you could do. The clubs on 16th - on the weekend - could be noisy, but heh, its NYC, and that was me once.

Excellent location, right next to Chelsea Market, and within walking distance to the Highline, Whitney Museum, Little Island and many cafes and restaurants. Comfortable, quiet and clean room, extensive mini bar, fridge even has a tiny freezer box- good for storing some ice cream for example. Effective A/C even on a very hot day, and effective free WIFI - I was able to have video conferences on my laptop through a hotspot on my phone connected to the WIFI. Generous free toiletries, including tooth paste and a shower loofah, which are less common. You can request a coffee machine in your room, free of charge, and again - generous amount of capsules (also for tea and hot chocolate) and creamer. I will definitely stay again.

The hotel is not accessible. From street level to the lobby there are 12 stairs through which you need to carry your luggage and go up/down every time you go outside. Theoretically, there's a doorman who can carry your luggage for you, but I've seen many cases where guests came in with luggage just as the doorman stepped away for a minute. Breakfast is free, but it's quite basic - baked goods, butter, jam, some fruit, cornflakes, tea and coffee. They do have almond milk. Again, I found the breakfast room to be not accessible - all chairs were actually high bar chairs, that are hard to climb for kids/short people, and those with mobility issues. So I do not recommend this hotel to anyone with mobility issues or that struggles with stairs.
