I love how you guys had a view of the greatest building in the world. The city view was a great room and also stayed there in December and was able to book the queen sky room and it was breath taking.

The shower was not attached to the wall at my first stay. I had to hold it in my hand as I showered,. I did not like that. If I am paying x amount of money then the shower should at least be on the wall.

The view was phenomenal. We had a queen sky view room and loved it. The room was the perfect size for me and my husband. We didn’t spend much time in the room but one day he had to work and we had plenty of space to be in the room that day and not be walking into each other. Definitely have to check out the rooftop bar. We didn’t go till our last night and wish we went sooner. The staff was so friendly and helpful. It was in a great location for walking just about anywhere. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again.

Arlo is conveniently located in the heart of Koreatown. It’s only a 20 minute walk to Times Square and many other places we wanted to see. We stayed in a Queen City room and the Empire State Building was right outside our window which was very cool. The beds are very comfortable and the front desk happily provided us with an extra blanket when we asked for it. Most hotels provide the smallest toiletries known to man so we were prepared with our own but to our surprise Arlo provides full sized shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion.

The fire alarm went off on our last night around 11:30pm there was no telling if it was real or not so my sister went down to the lobby since no one was picking up the phone at the front desk. Turns out it was a false alarm. Then the alarm went off again at 5:00am and my sister went to check it out again and said it was a manual alarm so it could’ve been turned off by whoever was at the front desk but instead he just let it go off. Later that day when we were checking out the manager was there to apologize for the inconvenience and gave me two business cards to call the next time we plan our stay.

For us, to experience the sleeping with the awesome view to the city( we stayed at 27 floor) was amazing and the main reason we choose Arlo NoMad. The bed was super comfy and surprising big enough for all 3(had our 5y old with us), probably almost the only hotel had clean under bed(our girl go under🫣), the front desk people super friendly, warm and always to help you, the pastry had tasty stuff and good coffee...in a word for us was PERFECT! If you are the kind of person you like to find something bad, probably will be...but this hotel if you choose the rooms in the sky with glass walls give you the best experience! Ohh, and they send you the most warm messages, who is in charge with communication do a really good job(and we really travel, but Arlo s team are my no 1🥇). PS: they don t pay me ( even Arlo I ll not refuse 🤣🥰) Until next time🤗

First of all the hotel has a “signature scent” and it is HEAVENLY! They actually sell candles, reed diffusers and room spray to take the Arlo home with you! (Highly recommend!) Front desk was excellent. Warm, friendly and willing to help with whatever! Our room was 2901 top floor of rooms and the view was incredible! Room was small but most NYC hotel rooms are and we were out and about all day so 🤷🏻‍♀️! Breakfast was included and delicious! Best pitas I’ve ever tasted!! So many little things around the hotel making it truly a VIBE! Highly recommend!

FYI our room had insane views but be aware that you can see directly into other rooms near you. I think if I owned the hotel I’d invest in the window privacy film. But windows do have sheer curtains and automatic blackout shades.

Amazing location, close to numerous cafés, restaurants, subway stations, and tourist attractions. - Very friendly and welcoming staff. - The room looked exactly as in the pictures but it was actually way bigger than expected. - One of the comfiest beds we've ever slept in ! - Last but not least, the view was just incredible 😍

Was a bit surprised that we had to pay an extra fee for leaving our luggage at the reception for a couple of hours. Only knew that, once we got our invoice .. It would've been nice if they told us beforehand. - No kettle nor coffee machine were in the room

I liked the location of the hotel and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.The room was ok quite quirky and cool, we had bunk beds that did the trick but the cost was expensive because we wanted twin beds and not a double bed.

I had however been double charged for the room by booking.com I then had to pay a damage deposit that still hasn't been refunded 10 days later. The door wouldn't lock in our room as the bolts were coming loose but as it was only one night we didnt mind. The cost of the room was expensive in comparison to the quality of the room and stay

I loved the room, the view , & the staff. They were all so amazing & made my birthday really special. The only issue I had with the hair dryer and phone but as soon as I called there was someone to come and fix it not even two minutes later . I would definitely come back again.

The bartender was flirting with some women for more than 10 minutes before even acknowledging that we (my boyfriend and I) were standing there. Also he charged me 20$ for less than a shots worth of a Long Island the other 90% was ice , I was very shocked. being a bartender myself he definitely cheated me out of the drink.

Nice, clean, up-to-date room. Attentive staff behind the lobby desk. Remarkably quiet for NY. Great location near Empire State Bldg. My room was upgraded free of charge, so the view was great.

The room is a little tight and has no coffee or electric kettle. The lobby coffee shop can have long waits. One of the employees there wanted to charge me for hot water (in my own thermal mug), which was a little annoying. The lobby has diffusers with a scent that is fine but too strong imo.

The room and the view totally took my breath away. It was amazing. Everyone was super friendly, the food at the restaurant was delicious and there are little details you find while walking through the hotel that makes you feel part of it (like the postcards you can send or the letter soup in front of the elevator).

The street in front of the entrance is narrow, when arriving there were some cars making us go faster so that was a bit disconcerting. It would've been fine if someone from the staff helped us but when going in they were friendly and apologized, so it was ok.
