The breakfast was very good, a lot of options. The hotel is in the centre of the town, a lot of restaurants nearby to experiment all kind of cuisines, the tourism office offers lots of 1 day trips for small groups that make the experience personalised. We saw Lisbon crowded but calme, friendly and sunny, we felt the presence of the ocean

we did not find a map with the common transport, perhaps we did not look for properly, in other cities there are maps in all the bus stations to find easier interest points to visit, maps with complete route of each bus

We chose them because they had the only family room available in the area. The room was nothing spectacular but beds were comfortable. The staff was superb. They were very professional, and very kind with our two daughters/baby, especially Rita. She's a gem. Location downtown is great especially if you love shopping. Many good restaurants at walking distance and a nice plaza with amazing view on Lisbon just 15 minutes away.

The bathroom door was a sliding door so it doesn't close shut. The breakfast is way too simple but we were warned, it doesn't belong to the hotel. I wish the hotel takes it over or manage its own breakfast.

Chose this hotel for its on site above ground parking. I have an expensive car and easy and secure parking is a priority. The car park is not huge (around 30 spaces) but it was never full (although I was there in March so not peak season). Having to pay extra for it is of course quite annoying though. Location was also better than expected. Only a 15 minute stroll into the tourist areas. Room was spacious and comfortable with a balcony. Breakfast excellent with ample choices. Generally what you would expect from a 4 star hotel.

Staff were exceptional. When checking in one of the receptionists noticed that it was my birthday the previous day. Everyone at reception wished me happy birthday, and when i returned to the hotel after having been for a walk they left a cake and a bottle of wine in my room! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The room itself was perfect, I had requested a room with a bath which they also provided. The hotel itself is in a great location, less than 5min walk from the metro and a short walk into the main area. Breakfast was also very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

We liked how close to everything we were and felt the area was very safe to walk around especially in the evening. Use of the Tivoli pool and the staff were great and really professional.

The noise on the balcony meant we really didn't use it which was a shame as we had deliberately chosen a balcony with the room. There were generators that were really loud which meant it was too loud and not relaxing. We needed more hooks in the room to be able to hang up clothes etc and also a partition between the room door and the bed area to minimise noise coming through from the corridor / other guests passing by.

The room and the location were great but if I have to highlight something it would be the staff. They were very nice and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience during our stay. The cherry on top was when they showed up in our room with a bottle of Prosecco and a birthday cake for my husband. They noticed it was his birthday when we gave them our documents during the check in and they decided to send us this present to our room. I will for sure stay here on my next visit to Lisbon!

The hotel was clean and inviting. Love the location of the hotel as it is central to everything. The staff were absolutely amazing, always checking in to ensure that our needs are being met, but not in an invasive way. Love the convenience of the restaurant on property and breakfast option. Overall, not only will I stay at this hotel again, I would also recommend this hotel to others.

Lovely hotel that feels luxurious for the price paid. Room was clean and spacious enough for 2 people with a nice sized balcony

One of the mornings when the room was cleaned the cleaners forgot to replace the toilet roll but this was quickly rectified when we asked at reception for more. I also felt we were not treated well when using the shared pool facility with the Tivoli hotel when we were stopped from drinking our bottle of water we had brought when many others around us had food and water they had not purchased on site.

Location was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Welcoming confection in the room was a pleasant and generous surprise

The room maintenance wasn't that good (leaking faucets, terrace door can't be locked, pillows are awful); breakfast variety was relatively poor; TV offers pay per movie! - who does this today? Why not allow a simple smart TV?

From very first welcome to goodbye staff was friendly and Catarina came up with lots of recommendation to us, first time travellers to Lisbon. Hotel has a nice pool which was bigger than I expected.

Probably I would expect more from the breakfast. More variety or different dishes at least some days
