The staff was amazing and extremely supportive of my needs. My room was beautiful, and I felt safe. I had no problem getting the rest that I had so desperately needed. The airport shuttle driver made my commute to/from the airport enjoyable! Also, I only ate from the hotel restaurant- in the dining room and via room service... the food was excellent and the staff made my experience over the top!

My only complaint is that I couldn't stay longer, lol.

The location was convenient and the staff was very helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable with a work desk, living room with TV and small fridge and separate king sized bedroom. It's worth it to pay for the $25 upgrade to get access to the executive lounge on the 9th floor... 1 free complementary wine or beer with, plus free breakfast in the executive lounge the next morning. We had a nice visit.

The internet kept kicking us off. And it was a little slow to respond.

Our room AC wasn’t working properly. we called guest services 3xs and each time we were told someone would come check it but it never happened. also, I’m a Hilton Honors member and upon arrival, I wasn’t provided with my free bottle water until a representative was walking around the next day and got it for me.

The room was very nice. The breakfast was wonderful. The bed was amazing

I didn't like how it say pay at the property and they already charged me before I got there and how it went from $400 to $600 when breakfast was included and I was pose to get my $100 back and didn't. And $20 to park and anyone can park because parking is just open smh

After a nightmare experience at another hotel, we quickly canceled and booked here! The staff were wonderful with accommodating us on such short notice, and the room far exceeded our expectations! We particularly loved the extra space in the suite, the comfy beds, and the amazing bathroom!

it was a nice location, the staff was nice, very clean. I felt very comfortable staying there.

the shower was not hot, and the pool had a bunch of young kids in it jumping and horse playing. it was like they were there on a field trip. my grandkids couldn’t enjoy the pool and that was one of the reason I got it.

Convenient areas for the restaurant, to highway.it’s kind almost everything is close to the hotel

And also on the first floor is really nice to sit down and relax and I would love to come back here. The room was clean and but no microwave

Everything was exceptional!!! This is one of our favorite places to go when we just want to get away from the day-to-day mundane life circumstances. My hubby and I completely like the atmospheric environment that we experienced both times we were there. ❤️ it!!!

I LOVE this hotel and the staff. There was a glich during my payment transaction and even though I was quite frustrated the employees Nibal Wisse, Bren, and Zach were excellent. After finally understanding what happened they got on getting my money refunded back to my account. I was refunded before I checked out. The facilities as always are wonderful and my room cozy. I 3ill continue to make this my choice hotel in Charlotte.

Facilities were great. Good value and location.

Asked for early check-in, but it could not be accommodated. But then were not able to get to our room until 5 pm, when check-in was supposed to be at 4 pm.
