Overall it was a fine stay. You pay more for location than for anything else. The staff were friendly but not as overly helpful as you experience at most other places in Japan. There was nothing wrong with this per se but definitely had better experiences else where, and therefore the difference is notable.

The place is really charming in design and and is very unique, however there is really no place to sit in the lobby comfortably. So if your flight gets in early, you won't have a very comfortable place to wait. There's one little seating area.

Good location. Near to Higashi Ginza Subway Station. Convenience store is located in front of the hotel. Easy to buy drinks and light meal such as rice ball. Shower has enough water pressure and the width of stream can be adjusted easily.

Hotel itself is old one. Well maintained, but you may feel it sometimes.

They are very strict on the 3pm check in. Our flight landed at 5am with an 18 month old baby, so we were extremely tired and hoped the room could be ready early. Had to pay ¥3000 yen to get it 2 hours earlier. Tiny rooms.

The breakfast is very good with a lot of variety for Asian and western guests. The location is in Ginza 1 where the brand shops are located and the area not so packed with tourists。There are quite a lot of good restaurants nearby. it is about 15 minutes walk to the Tokyo Station. The room is equipped with a bunch of toiletries even combs, rasors, hair clips, body towels, toothbrushes etc.

The room although comfortable and already 15m2 , space can be better deployed still. The wardrobe is a very narrow cabinet and hardly enough for two persons unless the stay is only for one or two days. That space can be more usefully deployed to have a built in cabinet there because next to the cabinet is just space. Although there is a metro station right beside the hotel, one needs to change twice before reaching Tokyo Station due to the very complicated transport system in Tokyo. So in the end, one is faster by simply walking.

We liked the traditional style of the hotel with a strong French influence. It was very clean. We grew to like the location but it was not always the most convenient. The daily offer of fresh pyjamas was appreciated.

The staff were quite official and cold. We returned to this hotel after 2 weeks travelling and no-one acknowledged this point - no- one even pretended to remember us even though we mentioned it ourselves.

Position was perfect and breakfast was fresh and delicious and catered for a variety of tastes. Connecting rooms made it easy with two kids.

The pillows, sounds weird I know, but for me I’d like a few spares in the cupboard to use as well.

We had a problem with getting the English speaking YouTube. The staff were very helpful and set the TV for us on a daily basis. The breakfast was more than adequate, the breakfast room was original and quite impressive.

This quiet well-maintained classic boutique style hotel lies in the heart of Tokyo and within a short walking distance of The Imperial Palace, great restaturants, and very high-end shopping outlets. Check-in was very easy. The rooms are on the smaller side but immaculately clean. The beds are outstanding and will guarantee you a most restful sleep. Pyjamas are supplied. The staff is very friendly and most helpful, although at times communicating in English was a lttle difficult. The breakfast buffet was good with both Japanese and Western food choices offered.

There was no English TV progranmming. As a solo traveller, I depend on the TV for information and entertainment, so hearing only Japanese was frustrating.

It’s very near to our conference venue (Tokyo International Forum), lots of restaurants & shops nearby, very convenient, there is a Family Mart just in front of the hotel, near to the subway as well

The room is quite small for 3 people, it is more suitable for 2 people, but it was ok for us

We like the location as it was a walking distance to the subway, shopping and Tsukiji. The staff were so helpful as well and we get to buy the subway tickets at the hotel so it was very convenient. It is right beside the Yamato service store as well so that was convenient for us for luggage forwarding.

It was a bit far from Tokyo station via walking especially with luggages and stroller in tow. the space for the room was enough to open 1 medium luggage at a time so if you're a couple with a child, it'll be a bit tight.
