It is in a great location to navigate around the city. In addition, I like how informative the staff was with its guess. The rooms were nice and clean.

It needs more waste baskets in rooms, and it needs to add refrigerators in the rooms. It needs more outlet plugs. The floor lamp had a shortage in the cord, and the bathrooms had a couple of knats flying.

asked for NON-Smoking room but entering the room nicotine smelled heavy in the room, called desk and was told they could give us another room. We used 2 cans of freshener helped. Every day we would leave dirty towels outside of the door, never got clean one. At evenings I would go to the desk and ask for towels. The smoke detector was missing from the room, and Maintenace had to install new one, the dining room clean, FOOD was BAD, potatoes hard, warm, eggs cold, price to HIGH>

Although a generous breakfast buffet was offered we ate at a recommended nearby local restaurant. As usual, the hotel staff was welcoming, pleasant and helpful. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. And the hotel bar was once again open each evening of our stay with music and a friendly bar staff. Airways a nice place to wind down our evening after full day downtown.

The shuttle van had some mechanical issues but the staff was very quick to offer reimbursement for the Uber needed to return to the hotel.

We had an evening meal in the restaurant, and the meal was fine. For the price, it sure beat fighting Nashville traffic since my friend and I were tired from a long day. The breakfast buffet was just OK. Many hotels with less pricey rooms provide an equal breakfast at a lesser charge or no charge.

While the room was clean, it is truly minimal in amenities. The toilet/bath area in room 421 is definitely in need of freshening up. The wallpaper in the bath definitely will not be a difficult chore to remove since it is already peeling away from the wall. The tub did not appear to be clean, which may just be due to age factor. I am not saying that the restroom was nasty, but it does need attention to remove rust and water stains.

The location near main highways was why I chose the hotel.

The hotel is in need of some updates, also carpets need deep cleaning.

it was fantastic in some respects, but so dated in other ways. For example, very modern key entry on old, shabby, damaged doors. No microwave in the room. but public microwave near the elevators for all to use. Fabulous pool, lounge, gift shop, but paint peeling and flaking above the toilet and the rest of the bathroom. Wonderful coffee in the lobby, but cheap coffee with powered whitener with dirty coffee pot in the room. old times phone with button for bell clerk.

loved the aged but clean facilities and the location- the shower’s water pressure was amazing!

Close to downtown Nashville. Shuttle bus that takes you downtown and picks you up until 10:30pm. Helpful and friendly staff. Rooms were clean.

No microwave in room. It was in the hallway next to the elevator.

Rooms good size and very comfortable. Free shuttle to town was great and didn't take too long either way.

Despite being a paying guest, felt third class due to Nicole Kidman filming at the hotel. We weren't allowed to stay in lobby or even sit on the lounges, chairs. We were an inconvenience which was disappointing.
