Hilton Mexico City Reforma

Very nice Hotel at central Location in walking distance to the historic city center. The price for Mexico is on the higher level, but value for money definitely worth it. Through the Genius program I received a free upgrade to an Executive Room with free breakfast. I found the 2 Pools, one indoor for relaxing and one outdoor to swim lanes, extraordinary for a Hotel. The oustide pool also has a terrace with nice city views. The Staff was always very friendly.

No real complaint: The gym was big, however some additional equipment, like handles and ropes, were very used and could be renewed. Other than that everything was perfect.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Check in was quick and because we'd booked a suite, we were allowed in the lounge where nibbles and drinks are included (happy hour each evening and then also for breakfast). Our suite was fabulous, very large and with great views. We ordered room service and used the dry cleaning service, and both were timely and the staff were helpful. We were granted an extra hour past checkout and so could use our suite until 1pm. After checkout, you can still use the facilities. We used the spa and the pool/gym area until leaving for the airport later in the day (towels and showers provided).

The hotel wifi is only free for 1 day (24 hours) and cuts you off. You can purchase more time if you've checked out but are still using the facilities.

The Hilton MC Reforma is beautiful, wonderfully laid out and centrally located. The standard rooms are not like any I have seen before; spacious, with wall in closet, desk and coach, separate tub and shower. The room service was outstanding! All the food delicious; we were attending a conference on a tight schedule and service was so fast. The 3 staff who delivered food on the 12th floor over the week were kind and friendly. Our room attendant Rita was also amazing. At our opening reception at the pool, the colourful Mexican textiles added to the tables showed the Hilton’s attention to detail.

Perhaps add another ATM machine somewhere on the property. The one in the lobby was out of order when we were there.

The check-in with Viridiana, very friendly and professional. The staff is professional and attentive. José, Valeria for example. The room was great and clean. The bed very comfortable. The bathroom was ok with good amenities and very hot water. A/C worked well. The breakfast was included and very tasty! The location is perfect. City center, safe area. You can use Uber for moving around. I recommend this place.

The restaurant closing at 9pm with tired staff who wanted to go home. Nevermind the food was really really good !!

The furniture in the lobby takes away from the image of the hotel. A quick replace needs to be done. The rooms are also showing signs of age and an upgrade needs to be done. The sliding glass doors in the Bedroom are showing ages on the polls. Marble top in the bathroom is stained. Furniture, chipped and old. It’s time to replace furnishings in the rooms and definitely in the lobby. The lobby is a first impression and it’s one where if you look closely, you can see that someone’s not paying attention to details.

The hotel was very well located for the metro line and key tourist attractions. Staff were welcoming and very helpful, particularly in the executive lounge. The food and drinks were delicious, and the spa was a welcome place to relax after a day of exploring.

The indoor pool was quite hectic with lots of children. Perhaps an adults only hour could be considered?

Very comfortable beds, nicely decorated areas, very clean room and nice breakfast included. Location is 3 minutes walk from Palacio de Bellas Artes were we attended a beautiful dance show.

You have to prepay an amount to have a credit for your consumptions. You can not eat at the restaurant and charge it to your room and then pay all together when you do the check out. Everything must be prepaid.

The services provided by concierge Nayeli Hernandez were outstanding; The breakfasts and happy hours in the 26th floor lounge were exceptional; In general, the conduct of the staff was excellent; The hotel is located very centrally, in a walking distance from many of the local attractions

The air-conditioning in our suite was a bit noisy, which forced me to use earplugs at night

The staff were absolutely amazing, and the hotel restaurant far exceeded my expectations, the view from the room was absolutely stunning. Would definitely stay here again.

I needed to iron my clothes and the iron and board provided were not great, but I imagine most folks staying here are not ironing their own clothes :) Also had trouble getting the room cooled down even though it was cold outside. Also the shower did not drain until I unscrewed the push button style stopper.

The hotel is at a very central location in downtown Mexico City, a short walk from two metro stations and 15 minutes from Zocalo square. Staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was very good, with a wide selection of breakfast dishes, "show cooking" of eggs and an excellent selection of fresh fruit and juices. Spacious rooms. The indoor pool was nice, but the rooftop pool is not heated - in winter it's only for the very adventurous.

Daily logins to wifi. For a hotel of this standard it feels stingy that they appear to charge extra for a wifi connection that allows streaming - although we streamed movies on the free option, with ok results. Some rooms have intermittent, loud, metallic, banging noises, although thankfully not at night.
