The fitness room had enough equipment to work out. The service was very nice and friendly. The location of the hotel is very good.
For the weekend, more personal would be nice to have for the breakfast. We had to wait some time until the buffet was filled out again. However, on Monday the breakfast was much better. The room was ok, but the floor seems that weren't cleaned very well. Also the windows need to be cleaned. It seems that they have not been cleaned for a long time.

The location is excellent. Walking distance to most areas in Centro. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The room is adequate and there was lots of hot water.
The breakfast room is too small to handle the number of people. The eggs ware cold and from Saturday morning to Monday there was NO COFFEE! Fortunately there is an OXXO on the corner. The rooms are noisy and can hear the neighbors and people in the hall.

Everything. The hotel is super clean and the staff very helpful. The room was very quiet and the bed was spacious and comfy. The reservation included a nice free breakfast. I like the location because is very close to Alameda Central and several restaurants. I've stayed in many cheap hotels closer to Centro Historico but none met my expectations. I'll come back for sure.

The hotel is in a great location. It is close to the city's historic center. The Staff is excellent and friendly. The bed was comfortable.
The room was a lot smaller than I expected. And the restroom is super small. The gym is very limited.

The location is great, metro station was very close, restaurants, cleanness just great 👍
The only thing we did not like was the breakfast. We stayed for 5 days and it was always the same menu. I wish I could say it was tasty, I would recommend to eat outside if possible.

Our sheets had some kind of soil on them specially by the head of the mattress, which made me feel sick to my stomach that I had to sleep uncovered.
