The staff were always nice and attentive and helpful. The hotel was very well located, and quite close to many attractions and the historic centre. The beds were also very comfortable, and the hotel didn’t seem to be crowded.

Sometimes at breakfast, it would take sometime for the staff to refill certain foods or drinks, but that was just a minor inconvenience. The room was very spacious and the beds quite comfortable, but the floor didn’t seem to be vacuumed very well.

Yet another Mexican hotel that does NOT provide the facilities in its rooms that it describes but more to come on that later. The room was fine, it had a lovely view across the park and over the city from a huge window and balcony, it was clean and the staff courteous. The hotel is set above a shopping mall which makes no impact on the hotel. It’s close to an extremely pretty park and about a 20 minute walk to The Zocalo. There a several restaurants within a 15 minute walk in most directions. We didn’t try the bar or restaurant in the hotel. Wifi worked well and the bed was comfy. This could be seen as a positive or a negative. On a Saturday evening Avenida Juarez is closed to traffic and is opened to pedestrians/bikes/live music/food etc. The music stopped around 10.30. This might affect you if you need an early night.

I booked a Junior Suite, and paid the extra, because it said it included a fridge and microwave. It doesn’t have either. When my wife asked the question at reception she was told ‘oh no, none of our rooms have ever had these’. I have complained to Booking.Com. This hotel continues to supply water in tiny plastic bottles. There is no need as there is plenty of space in public areas to provide a central supply of water and provide jugs and glasses in rooms. When will hotels learn to stop being so wasteful.

Location is great. Room is comfortable and spacious. Staff are readily cleaning and sanitizing.

Although Coffee Machine is one of the amenities mentioned but it was not in the room, and we had to ask for it. First time in my life that i find a hotel CHARGING for the coffee & creamer they place in the room. They refused to give us more than one coffee and one creamer although we were 2 people in the room. Ice machine in the floor was disconnected and it is an agony to ask for ice bucket, takes a lot of time to arrive to the room. We had to have a Covid test before flying home and they refused to have the lab rep go up to our room which is pretty weird.

The location of the property is next to countless of historical locations and everything is in walking distance. The room was clean and smelled fresh upon arriving. The staff was kind and answered all questions. The bed was comfortable and the restroom was clean.

Super nice location, close to everywhere, super friendly staff worked there, helpful and thoughtful!!! Secure location in the mall, have Starbucks and McDonald’s downstairs. Best hotel among 3 hotels I experienced in Mexico City. Wi-Fi works perfectly, while other 2 places not, AC works strongly!!!

The location of the hotel is excellent. There are plenty of shops and attractions within walking distance.

The hotel is clean, but rooms could be upgraded to be more comfortable. Overall, it is a good value for the price.

Everything was fine….a special thanks to Salvador, the bellboy, who was most helpful in all matters. Also Norma was very helpful as was Luis the duty manager.

Some front office staff spoke no English.

The separated us we where not in the same floor and the elevator did not take us to their floor😔

It is well located, inside a small shopping mall with several restaurants, as well with restaurants nearby. Staff is helpful and kind PCR tests services are allowed and several options are suggested by the front desk.

The pillows are too tall and hard

Good centrally located hotel, it’s on top of a mall like shopping center. You can find anything to eat to drink, but the hotel restaurant has good brunch. The bed was kinda comfortable.

The elevators are tiny, and to get to the hotel is kinda weird since it’s in these shopping center.
