Rooms by Bistrot Pierre at The Crescent Inn

The staff, size of accommodation, quality of the breakfast, parking, and helpfulness of everyone were spectacular. I am in a wheelchair and everyone couldn't be more helpful. The accommodation was massive and unbelievable value for money. The breakfast was soooo good, I couldn't believe it was included! The hotel itself is an absolutely gorgeous old building, really beautiful. When I showed photos to family, they thought that the hotel was the venue for the wedding. We needed to contact the hotel multiple times as my situation had changed since booking in February, (I am now in a wheelchair). They were always really helpful with my questions and allayed all my fears. I wouldn't hesitate to book again. I am planning to return soon.

The shower has been leaking in the bathroom for some time as the tiles no longer had any grout between them on the floor, but this didn't have any impact on the shower itself, which was fabulous. I only noticed when I had finished and stepped out. The accommodation is really modern. it just needs a bit of TLC.

It was a great central location. The room was a good size, quiet and comfortable. A nice tray of tea/coffee and biscuits. The breakfast was lovely. We also ate in the restaurant and that was very good too.

There wasn’t a reception as such, the staff seemed also to be running the restaurant. There was no information in the room or phone. We also only got towels for one person instead of two. It would have been nice to have been able to phone to ask for more and also to have some information such as WiFi and breakfast times (and also what breakfast was included). I think this hotel would benefit from a reception area and should have an information leaflet in the rooms.

Location, staff, price, one-bedroom suite. Breakfasts fantastic - order anything from menu and no booked time which is nice in a holiday. Super staff. Great place.

Suite needed some attention: heat was not on when we arrived and it was freezing! One heater didn’t work, so it took quite a while to warm up and stay warm (cold spell). Freezer unusable as needed defrosting (didn’t need it but others might). We had to ask for sofa bed bedding (sheets and duvet cover) - if we’d left it too late, we would have been out of luck. So just some prep and foresight needed.

Everything good but it is usual to find a pack with details of hotel facilities, meal times, sample menus, how to use tv. Just basic general info. I had to ask for coffee on the first morning it was brought quickly and politely however it was was offered on second morning The breakfast choice was very good and delicious but I was not offered toast and marmalade Really minor points pretty good service

loved the Haworth one bed apartment - beautifully equipped and spacious. enjoyed the gastronomic menu, especially the pork main. very grateful to Stephen for letting me park early before check in and stay late the next day after check in allowing me to do a two day course at Mrs Duttons for Buttons with free, secure parking both days. Stephen was very caring and attentive, trying to sort out the bedroom tv and updating the WiFi in the lounge tv so I could watch a film. he worked a very long day and led by example throughout- very impressive.

The main road junction is outside the bedroom window and heavy lorries drive by (2am etc). I would absolutely stay here again, though.

Really friendly staff that helped us out with parking and places to go etc. Breakfast was excellent as was the Bistro the 1st evening of our two night stay for a wedding in ilkley. Bed was so comfortable also.

The only thing I would say is although we had a fan in our room it was very hot and could do with air-conditioning really. The noise from a club was also fairly loud. Although clean the room could use with bleach of bottom of shower screen and attention to scuffs on walls.

The room was warm, spacious and clean. The room is well designed. The location is excellent because it is so central. The breakfast was good except for the avocado was off. The staff were lovely and welcoming.

The tea making facilities and bathroom toiletries were not as good as you would usually find in a similar hotel. I had a bath but there was no bubble bath or soap to wash with. The bathroom was stylish but needs maintenance. The tea was not nice and I was hoping for hot chocolate and a few biscuits to choose from.

Perfect location in the centre of Ilkley, a two minute walk to shops, restaurants, pubs the train station and the Kings Hall, which we were visiting that evening. The Cresent Inn is beautiful inside and the suite we stayed in was large, clean, modern and extremely comfortable, especially the king size bed! Breakfast was included and was beautiful. Car parking was free too at the property. I would definately stay here again and would recommend to others.

Lovely rooms - clean, comfortable and stylish. We arrived late but no problem checking in. Breakfast was very good. Great location in a beautiful little town. Betty's round the corner!

No lift that I could find so we had to lug cases up stairs - but not a massive issue for us. &there could have been a lift we didn't find!
