Comfort Inn Manhattan - Midtown West

Clean and great location. The bed was super comfy and had a great sleep every night.

The rooms were smaller than expected with no dresser or closet to unpack clothes. Breakfast was mediocre but sustainable.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating when our reservation was not found in their system. Because we arrived to the hotel 5 hours past our expected check-in time (at 0330) due to plane delays, the guy at the front desk gave us a couple of rooms to be able to rest for a few hours until things could get sorted out. In the end Booking had the wrong email that was never updated with them by the hotel, and things worked out. The rooms were small (to be expected in NYC) but comfortable. The free breakfast was great, with plenty of food and options for all of my picky eaters.

Upon our arrival, the hotel could not find our reservation. They made accommodations for until we could sort it out and put us in 2 rooms for the night. In the end, Booking.com had emailed our reservation to an old email address that the hotel no longer used. They were able to retrieve the information and make things right.

The hotel was very quiet. It was in an excellent location, within easy reach of the subway and many of the sights of New York. The staff were courteous and helpful at all times. The bed was very comfortable, essential after a day's sightseeing.

The breakfast and facilities. The area for collecting food was very cramped and some things on offer such as jams and yogurt were fairly tasteless. There was insufficient seating at busy times.

Check in was smooth and quick. There were hand santizers everywhere. I asked to be moved to a quieter room due to a very noisy neighbor and my request was taken care of immediately. The bed was very comfortable The staff were warm and friendly. Transport in the city was limited so the hotel arranged for a taxi to take me to the airport which cost exactly the amount that they quoted me.

The room was a little cramped with 2 queen sized beds. The pillows could do with being replaced. There was any breakfast available due to covid restrictions

The location was good. It was on 48th Street near the Hudson River. It was within walking distance from Times Square and many area attractions. The breakfast for guests from 6:30am to 9am was limited. There was juice, two types of prepackaged cereal, bagels, yogurt and milk. The breakfast included two hot items. Hot items include pancakes, french toast,, eggs and sausage. We had two rooms with 2 double beds in each. The rooms were small. The service was good overall.

The rooms were very small for the amount of money we paid for them.

The room was very clean and had all the amenities needed. The bedding and air conditioning were very comfortable. The room was ready ahead of time and the staff was very pleasant when I arrived. The coffee and breakfast were a bonus. The price was better than most offered. I would stay here again.

The location was a little further west than where I needed to be but perfect for those who want to be near the Intrepid, restaurant row, etc...

it was in a safe neighborhood , friendly helpful staff .

I was in a room directly connected to the lobby on the second night and a large group of teenagers were congregating there and were obnoxiously loud until way after midnight . I asked the girl at the front counter if there were any quiet hours - she said supposed to quiet after 10 pm but she wouldn’t do anything about the disturbance . I was not rested for the very big day I had to face when I checked out .

Room 302 had a good comfy bed, coffee pods, the shower was clean. The walls are quite thick and we didn’t hear neighbours, the room had a partial city view which was lovely at night

The shower door handle was broken and the breakfast was more of a snack - bagels, boiled eggs, waffles, but then at some days Philadelphia cheese or jams were missing so waffles and bagels were just super bland as you could only spread butter on it.

The location was in walking distance to cruise ship and Times Square. No car needed.

The breakfast provided could be better. An egg dish would have been better than self made pancakes.

Very welcoming I assume the it was the manager. He was very helpful and pleasant. A great base for us to stay.

My friend in the room next door her key card kept on not working but that was because she chose to have her room cleaned daily. They had to go down and get ot reactivated everyday
