Pod Pads Times Square

Place was perfect for 4 people who needed a kitchen. Had privacy and staff was friendly. Cleaning was great minus the floors which were sticky. Great location and felt safe. Value was pretty good for what we got.

The facility and unit was great. One major flaw is that we landed after midnight in Newark and we weren't sure if there was a 24 hour concierge to let us in so we called to find out but no one answered their phone despite trying multiple numbers given. We ended up having to book a hotel by the airport in Jersey for fear of taking a chance and being unable to get inside at 2am. We almost lost the reservation as well because of this. Please update your phone numbers on your site.

Check in was easy. I appreciated the elevator security (key card needed to gain access to floor) Room was clean and modern. Beds were comfortable. Nice view. Within walking distance of many attractions. Room was ready early so we were allowed access at no extra cost. 1:00 pm checkout

Thermostat in bedroom was inoperable, stuck on high heat. Television in bedroom inoperable, could not connect to Wi-Fi. Room key had to be reprogrammed because it wouldn't work in elevator.

I loved the location and the amount of space in the unit. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Given the price we paid I expected regular trash service, enough soap, dish detergent and other toiletries for four people for a week and we did not receive that. Also housekeeping should be included and if not then cleaning supplies should be provided.

Layout was very comfortable. Great view. Eating options nearby. Very nice kitchen. Convenient tvs in all rooms.

Needed some basic supplies like dish soap, sponge, paper towels, hair dryer, etc. Needed a few extra towels in room. Shower handles need some maintenance. Wasn't sure how to use the microwave combi oven.

Serafina restaurant was closed for duration of my stay, the "concierge" was not friendly nor did she offer any recommendations when I asked about the on site restaurant. Table & Chairs in the kitchen is too small & uncomfortable.

Very clean and convenient with our destination being the Theatre District

Second bedroom was very small and bathroom door had terrible squeak. Would have loved to have dish detergent and paper towels for kitchen. Front lobby was not clear on restaurant hours so that was ackward.

Easy check in. Very central. A good place to see Time Square and all the major tourist spots of Manhatten. Very good service.

It would be great if they give small sample of dishwashing soap. and a Kettle to boil water.

Amazing location and view Large and comfortable appartment. Prompt answer of the technician when we had a problem with the heater.

During our 5 days stay our apartment has not been cleaned once and nor track out of the trash.

The room was comfortable, the living room not big enough. we didn't think that the breakfast was good so we eat somewhere else.
