Great location. Friendly staff. Very clean and quite hotel with great kitchen in the room. Fridge, microwave, coffemachine, pots, plates, cups, everything like at home. Thank you so much for amazing vacation!

One of the workers (can't remember his name but he was there every day) was friendly and checked on me frequently even though it is a limited service hotel. For NYC, you're not going to get much more space for the price either.

This wasn't a problem for me but I'm sure others it will be. The entrance buzzer can be heard inside the building because of the acoustics, but unless you're awake at odd hours this shouldn't be an issue.

Room was clean, spacious and looked like it had recently been updated. Beds were comfy. Suite was very organized and well-thought out. Every convenience was at your fingertips. Kitchenette was stocked. Staff was welcoming, friendly, and available for any assistance. 10-15 minute walk from Times Square. Stored our luggage on the day we checked out. Hotel is sandwiched in between 2 larger hotels and felt safe.

No elevator and we were on the third floor (Carpet on stairs should be replaced).

The room is big and have a small kitchen with everything you need. it’s a some kind of privately owned place. with one guy who do it all. he was very nice and welcoming.

The shower had some issues, low water pressure and VERY medium heat. I raised my concerns to the owner but there was nothing he could do. it was not fun or pleasant to take a shower. which kind of ruined the stay. especially when it’s cold outside and you just want a hot shower. no elevator if you stay in higher floors.

There is no room service or elevator. This didnt bother me, but it is important to know if you are expecting this. This is a nice place to stay for a perfect low price and very close to many places like timesquare and metro stations.

Location great, especially for queer travelers - in the hearth of Hells Kitchen. The room size was OK, equipment incl. TV was working, bathroom was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Cleaning in the room should definitely be better. Bed was OK, however in the drawers, there was hair and some left rubbish, carpet was not welcoming to step on with a bare foot neither. You can hear every word and step from the stairway.

Had a great time here, check in was easy as and the location is pretty central however it's a good 10 min walk to the closest metro station which was totally fine except when we had some late nights out. Very much a first world problem though, would stay again!

Hotel staff was very attentive, we traveled with 2 children and 1 baby, it was cold outside, and they let us check in earlier and check out later when it was suitable for us. Thank you very much. Also they offered us a basinet for our baby, it was cute. Location is good, 15 mins to metro station and to Times Square

Room and shower room are a great size. Location is good though a wee walk from a subway, very close to Intrepid and the Hudson. Aircon was fantastic during the heatwave. Quiet and peaceful. Kitchenette was ideal and gave us freedom to look after ourselves. Cold drinks and ice creams for us!

We were on third floor so be aware there are no lifts but that's all.

Great location, very friendly staff and rooms had everything you would need.

stayed in the winter, but the building temperature was very warm. Granted, hardly a negative but a little too warm in the apartments for our liking.
