Location & bed was very soft

Yall descriptions was way off the room did not come with microwave & only certain rooms came with refrigerators.

Perfect location for seeing everything that New York has to offer. Clean and tidy and the beds were really comfortable. The staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful.

I emailed ahead of our stay and asked for a kettle in the room. I got a reply saying that I should ask for this at reception when I checked in. I did ask at check in and the receptionist laughed at me, saying that they don’t have kettles for the room. Why then did the email reply tell me to ask for one? This was both confusing and un-necessary.

The accessible shower was wonderful, the room was clean and comfortable and everyone was very nice. A great value

The neighborhood to the right of the exit was not as the left. Just need to be mindful to go towards Times Square

I had a great stay at this hotel. All of the staff was friendly and professional. My room was super clean. I was very comfortable in my room. The rug was very clean. The furniture was in good condition. The bed mattress was super comfortable. The air conditioner/heat was easy to regulate and was in excellent working condition. The water pressure of the shower was very strong. I loved the huge flat-screen TV. The location was perfect for me because I arrived at Port Authority Bus Terminal from NJ. The hotel is right across the street from Port Authority.

The only downside to being located next to Port Authority Bus Terminal is that it is a very high-volume area in terms of traffic and people. However, that's more of a NYC problem than a Distrikt Hotel problem. The hotel is a gem.

The room was good, the staff was nice. the checking in and out was good. they offer to keep the luggages while we gone which is good

there was a outlet is not on the wall no more but being half way out. And the outlet above the light and the clock are not working. lucky the clock has two extra outlet and usb charge so there were no problem. No toothbrush and have to go down to the reception to ask, no water or water boiler either.

We communicated with the hotel through booking.com messages (and I called the hotel a few days before travel) to let them know we were travelling with a small child and that we would need a crib/cot upon arrival. None of these messages got through to the actual hotel reception and apparently were just going through to switchboards for the wider "Hilton" hotel brand however this wasn't a problem. The reception staff were so helpful and literally catered for our every need, they bought a crib up to our room straight away with clean bedding to go inside. Also, there was a coffee machine in the room but no kettle – meaning sterilizing a 6 month old baby's bottles etc would be pretty hard. Again, I called the reception and 5 mins later a kettle was at my door, they literally couldn’t have done more for us and we knew we had chosen the right hotel.

Nothing - our stay was perfect.

Everything!! This place exceeded my expectations! Let me just start by highlighting how amazing the front desk ladies are. They really do go above and beyond to make the entire experience memorable. It was my best friend's birthday and they really really took care of us. They were so friendly every single time we called down to the front desk and needed something they came up to our room and brought it to us without making us feel like we were inconveniencing them or burdening them! I would stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend this place to anyone traveling to NYC that wants to be right in the center of everything!

The only thing I didn't like was that my room didn't have a fridge, microwave, or a coffee machine :-( I know that some of the other rooms do, but mine did not :-(

location and the convenience of the bar/restaurant to get coffee to start the day. central to subway so super easy to get to anywhere in nyc that you like

no real negatives to be honest. value expectation met for that price point

Location is great - staff are friendly - rooms are comfortable and clean. Can't ask for more in mid-town Manhattan

Bar was under construction - would have been nicer if it were up and running (but understandable that it wasn't)
