The staff were wonderful - warm and welcoming.

The lack of air con and mini-bars/fridges in the rooms, especially as the sea-view rooms are south-facing and can get very hot.

The location at the beach is the best!

The roof of my room was very thin, if the guest above is walking in the room it is very loud. As well the door from room next to the number 216. In the time the guests are closing the door it is like they are slamming the door. Maybe they did?!

Breakfast choice was excellent via the buffet, plus, a limited choice of freshly cooked specials, served at the table. The main dining room can be busy but the bar area is an ideal alternative with nice comfortable seating.

To be honest, there was nothing needed to make anything better, every aspect of the stay was excellent. ALL the staff were exceptional.

The hotel is modern and clean throughout. The staff are so warm and welcoming. The seafront balcony was worth the investment as it was lovely to sit out and hear the waves. The room felt small as we’d requested two single beds but it was ok. The location of the hotel was in easy reach of the airport and the main towns, with a convenient bus stop around 50m from the main door. Getting to and from the hotel was easy as the Liberty Bus app is fantastic. The food in the restaurant was beautiful and plentiful! We really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you!

A tiny gripe was that the built-in wardrobe was musty. We left the doors open as much as we could to ‘air’ it. It certainly didn’t affect pur holidays though!

All of the staff at the hotel are efficient welcoming and extremely friendly they go to great lengths to make sure your every need is met. The weather was extremely hot while we were there but they never stopped or seem to flag. Food was excellent too and the location was amazing.

There was a unseasonal heatwave the week we were there making it uncomfortable to sleep as our room was very warm perhaps the rooms would benefit from a ceiling fan although the hotel did their best by providing desk fans these didn't make much of a impact. It was exceptionally hot weather for September so perhaps in normal circumstances these fans would have been suffient.

The view from the room outstanding world class ! The staff were attentive and customer service excellent throughout !

No air conditioning in room

The location is excellent, unbeatable if you want safe clean beaches with easy access. The hotel is only the promenade away from the beach with sun beds, paddle boards, kayaks, and lots of activities readily available and not too expensive. The staff, managers, receptionists, waiters, waitresses and cleaning staff were all so friendly, polite and efficient. Restaurant service was very good, a comment made after a previous visit regarding availability of light meals was dealt with by the management and a light meal was available when required. The room was cleaned to an extremely high standard every day with even the balcony cleaned daily. Plenty of (paid) car parking directly opposite the hotel.

It is difficult to find anything we didn't like about our stay. Maybe having to remember to put a parking scratch card on the car every evening, but the car park is not the property of the hotel so that is difficult to fix unless the hotel was able to get an arrangement with the Jersey government.

The room we had was a sea view room which was exceptionally clean and had a balcony with amazing views across the bay. The staff were so helpful and friendly and the breakfast was 5 star standard. The location was great to travel around the island and there were some amazing restaurants on your doorstep. I would highly recommend this hotel and location to all.

Nothing at all! No complaints can be given to such a high standard hotel in such a fantastic location with such amazing staff, only suggestion I can give is to maybe provide blankets in the room so you can sit on the balcony in the not so warmer months to enjoy the sunset/sunrise,

The restaurant and bar areas have panoramic views over the bay and golden sandy beach. Sea view balcony rooms are better than those with an inland view. The food menus are excellent as is the extensive list of cocktails and other beverages. All the staff without exception were helpful and friendly. This hotel has one of the best views on the island.

This is an older building and has no air conditioning, in the unseasonably warm weather it can become very warm in the restaurant and lounge areas. Travelling by taxi from the hotel was cost prohibitive.

Attentive and helpfulness of the staff- reception staff and the restaurant team were fantastic. They were all conscientious and gave 100% to their jobs. The food was exceptional in LA Brise restaurant.

There is no car park attached to the hotel. However there is a big, spacious car park literally over the road (1 min walk). You do need to be mindful of paying correctly (via an App) and need to check the process clearly with the reception staff to ensure you are paying at the correct times, as there are time periods that are free of charge.
