The location was perfect, 24hour desk service, also we could leave the luggage after check out. Big and comfortable bed. AC was great but loud so earplugs helped a lot.

View from window was not great but we weren't in the room much so not very important. The breakfast was okey but not very varied. It was a grab-and-go no more no less. Would have appreciated a jug of milk next to the coffee

The location of this hotel is perfect. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Stuff is helpful and nice.

They advertise free breakfast when it is actually just 2 types of pastries, jogurt and appals. So it is not breakfast more like sides for coffee. The rooms are small. The housekeeping is on requests for the next day only. We asked but they did not clean the room because of some mistake.

I loved the coffee in the morning and the continental breakfast- A pastry and fruit. It was just what we needed to start the day. The AC worked wonders for the July heat (very hot and humid in New York during the summer). The wifi and TV were great. The room itself was very clean and the staff was helpful and friendly- They helped us hire a cab to Newark for our flight home.

I wish we would have had a mini fridge in our room to store takeout. It can be pricy to eat in New York and eating leftovers for a quick lunch saves a good chunk of change. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay.

Breakfast is only pre packed muffin, fruit and juice. This seems to be a recurring comment. I’d recommend them not to mention that a free breakfast is included as this would generate less negative feedback. That being said, this didn’t affect our stay and we would still recommend this place.

Good location, room was a little smaller than expected. Comfortable bed & pillows. Very clean. Housekeeping every other day, but fresh towels delivered. Staff was great. Breakfast was pastries, apples/oranges, coffee juice, nothing hot, no yoghurt or cereal/ milk. Minimal elevator wait(2) with about 6 rooms/floor and less than 30 floors. Good location.

A frig in the room would be helpful. Small microwave in the room. Breakfast could be easily upgraded, yoghurt, a protein (cold cuts, etc). The shampoo dispense pumps in the bathroom didn’t work. Put the small bottles vs needing to acquire from the front desk.

Location was perfect, two steps away from 5th Avenue. Room was very good, no issues, confortable with all amenities including an iron and an ironing board (which took me some time to find). Breakfast was minimal but okay as my expectations were not very high

Too much communication about pre-checking before arrival. I received I don't know how many emails and SMS about the topic. It was really not necessary. Not happy about Booking.com either. I needed up having two separate bookings for the same, thanks to the continuous bombarding with confusing emails from Booking.com. I ended up confused and got worried about not having a room at all.

Although I never availed of the grab and go breakfast it did look nice and convenient. Overall a very nice stay with pleasant and helpful staff. A selection of minerals and food items available from the self service shop which is added to your bill and subsequently debited from $200 deposit. A safe area and hotel with swipe access required after 9:30pm, located just off 5th avenue, with a short walking distance of 5 mins to Grand Central station & SummitOne Vanderbilt. 1 hour 15 mins walk to 9/11. 5-10 min walk to Times Square. Rockefeller Centre is like 2 blocks away. Nice Irish restaurant and pub Kevs/Megan's next door to the hotel with good food and drinks. The hotel rooms were bigger than expected, exceptionally clean. A safe, iron & iron board as well as hairdryer for your convenience. The bed was extremely comfortable and towels and bedroom was serviced every day. Never had an issue with the elevators or a long wait for what was a sold out hotel.

No late checkout available however, the storage facility for luggage upon checking out was available at a cost of $5.

Originally booked a King room, but requested for a double at the front desk when my friend decided to join me in my travels - both Ivan and Matthew were super helpful with upgrading me to a double, and a higher floor (although double room was smaller and didn't have a tub/enough space for multiple luggage - friend and i had one cabin sized and one 28" and it was pretty much a squeeze) location wise - just 10 minutes from times square station and very convenient to get to anywhere literally with the multiple subway stations around (e.g. Bryant Park/Grand Central/TS/Rockafella). Although during our stay there was some construction going on outside so it would be loud in the mornings, and doors weren't thick enough/soundproof so you could hear your neighbour talking, laughing, going out and coming back. Overall a great stay nonetheless!

Super nice hotel, we had 2 beds for my son and I, room was small, but just enough size for the 2 of us, beds had 4 pillows each, nice linens and comfortable! Bath and shower area was also small, but enough room & had shampoo/conditioner/body wash provided in large bottles on the wall. Shower head was able to be hand held as well & nice temp and pressure. Provided 4 total bath towels, 2 hand and 2 wash cloths and a bath mat. Modern look room as pictures show and most of all clean! Room has laminate floor not carpet. We did not have a view with our room, but we didn’t get the room for a view, we wanted someplace affordable to sleep, close to Rockefeller Center, clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was 6-9 & we got back from the Today show plaza around 8:30- it was mostly pastries with apple,cream cheese filling or a croissant plus butter, jelly etc. Main drink available was Orange juice in school size cartons. Coffee was also available with an array of pump creamers, half and half and sugar/sugar substitutes. Large long table to eat at, but can be crowded. There is also a small shop with waters, drinks and snacks to purchase. Door Dash delivery was easy and they called the room phone to let you know it was delivered. Check in and check out was easy and staff was always kind and welcoming. If you sign up for the rewards, which is free to do you get 2 hotel labeled waters. If you chose to add the waters for arrival, those are different water bottles.

If anything the small breakfast as it wasn’t clearly defined online what the free breakfast included. There’s a lot of places around to eat breakfast plus they don’t have room for a full-on eggs/bacon etc. buffet. It didn’t bother us, but possibly include in the description what the breakfast includes in case future clients are wanting a full breakfast.

The hotel had a perfect location: near the Grand Central station, very close to Times Square...It was great for a first stay in NYC. We really appreciated the cleanliness of the room, and its decoration - the bed was large and comfortable. I must confess that the bedroom was quite small, but it seems that it is the case for all hotels in NYC.

Our room was on the 10st floor and was not enough soundproofed : we heard everything that was going on outside, in the streets. We also did not really appreciated the breakfast : not enough room for all customers, and food was really the minimum we could wait for (orange juice, coffee, tea, croissant, yogurts and apple). No water was offered, but you can purchase it from their store.
