Awesome location, good price for this season (in the middle of the Fashion Week), all new, nice staff (especially Marina at the breakfast restaurant).
Wall-to-wall views. It’s a no-brainer for us because we travelled from a nearby state and stayed for two nights. But if you’re booking a long tour and you’re not from the US — ask about the view from your specific room in advance. Sinks have tiny water drainage holes and are often clogged. Breakfast options are futile, but there are tons of great options in five minutes walk.

Wonderful location just few blocks from Empire Building. Room was very good and big. Slept very well, beautiful bathroom with wide shower. Everything was very clean. Wondeful design. Very good the bar at the lobby.
Unfortunately the hotel opened end May and most of servise (gym room, terrace, common spaces) were still under rennovation. Gym room will be any case too small.

The room and space overall was really modern and cool.
It was VERY dark in every part. Especially by the mirrors so I found it difficult to do my make-up and get dressed. Something to consider, especially for those who are partially sighted. The breakfast options were not great, especially considering the price. I think there needed to be more available. Hot breakfast would have been great.

Clean, stylish and friendly. The staff were very professional in all their contact. The room had good lighting and comfortable bed and bedding. The lobby was small, well designed and kept immaculate.
The bathroom is small, after all, it is New York City. They could really improve it with a fold down shelf above the toilet and a fix on the lighting so it didn't cast shadows in the nice oval make up mirror.

I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The staff was wonderfully attentive and thoughtful, the rooms were clean and efficient, and the bed was so comfortable (I spelt great)! Great location, too! Very comfortable, great shower, especially coming in after a late fun night. Very relaxing and private.
