It was a great location and the cafe and cafe staff were very professional.

Once me and my husband got into the room we realize that the room had a lot of small roaches in the bathroom, on Christmas day i asked the housekeeper not to touch the food that was in my bag. Upon returning to the room, my bag with my food from the day before and my breakfast that I purchased in the hotel were gone. It was money wasted. Also I was charged twice by the hotel, before arrival I was charged $98.78 for what I don't know why and the deposit along with the room cost that was expected. I wasn't suppose to be charged until I checked in. Also I really didnt sleep to well some rumbling noise off and on while trying to sleep. I'm not sure if I would return since the houskeeping staff doesn't listen and I am not to fond of hotel bathrooms with roaches.

Great location. Room was massive and comfortable. Solo traveller from Ireland. walking distance to Bourbon street. Gym was nice addition.

Pool was always too busy to go near.

I loved the balcony view of the downtown area, the parking garage has elevators that take you directly to the floor you're staying on in the hotel, there are ice and drink machines clearly labeled on all floors and the pool area is nice

There is construction going in so some areas are a little noisy. Also, parking is a pain. There are no free parking areas available and it's $35 a night to park in the parking garage

Very central location. Bus and street car stops are very close. Facilities are kept very clean. Breakfast was good. The pool and pool area were very relaxing and well kept. Staff in the restaurant and the ancillary staff were very kind and helpful.

One staff at the reception was very unfriendly. She was like the rotten apple that spoiled the basket of very good apples. She acted as if we should be begging for a service that we paid for. Many of the safes in the room did not work. We had to change room multiple times before we could find a room with a working safe. The engineer was very kind and helpful in this process. Re: Breakfast, while I understand the cap on the cost of breakfast, i didn't appreciate that some items on the breakfast menu couldn't be ordered even though the cost was within the cap.

I liked the location of the hotel in relation to Burton St. considering we walked. I booked a single bed, but was placed in a double bed room. The smell was good. No moldy, stale, old smell. I initially liked that it was across the street from a park but was sad to see there were homeless people there. I know people have to be where they are, I was sad for them.

The cost. My initial booking said a little over $350 and we ended up paying over $600. The only reason we stayed was because we drove 6 hours from Houston, TX to NOLA. The hotel fees need to be added in the expected total. Parking cost needs to be added to the total. EVERYTHING should be added to the total. Saying "ALL you will pay is...." is an incorrect statement.

Great hotel, friendly staff, the AC unit in the room was leaking and the carpet all around it was soaking wet. We let the front desk know when we arrived and maintenance was at our door in less than 5 minutes. They soaked everything up, but the floor was still damp. It continued to leak throughout our stay, but we didn't want to change rooms, so we just worked around it. Overall, good experience, just a minor inconvenience.

The only thing I can think of is the elevators. I'm fairly certain only 1 of the 4 elevators was working, which made the wait times long. We were on the 17th floor, so stairs weren't really an option. Not a huge deal- just another minor inconvenience.

The room, although not what we booked, was fine. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great. The pool area was being worked on but I did see other guests utilizing it. Wish we had time to try it. The views were very nice. We also loved the oversized green chair on the 9tg floor and used it for pictures.

I liked the hotel but we I didn't like how we were moved to a double room at check in when I booked a king. I also didn't like that, while checking in, the lady asked for my card that I booked with (as though she was confirming something) and then charged me $180 w/o telling me. I had to go back and ask her what it was for. She should have explained up front as I wasn't expecting extra charges.

The view was BEAUTIFUL!! House keeping was very punctual and did a great job of cleaning my room. The beds were very comfortable and the room had a microwave and mini fridge which was great! The balcony was also a great plus. the location was great 5 mins from canal street an about 10 mins from French mans quarter and bourbon street. You could walk to a lot of the locations or get a uber for no more than 10-$15. The public streetcar also came right outside the hotel and was very cheap to ride and get to your desired destinations. The staff was great the bar was great and the pool was heated with a great view!

The hotel could use some renovations and update, which they were currently doing renovations while I was there. The rooms did kind of smell a little "moist" and the tv was very old with regular channels no access to Netflix or any streaming services.

Price was decent, great location as we were able to walk everywhere and never had to get a cab or uber, friendly staff.

Daily they would take our dirty towels but never put in new ones so we’d have to go down to the front desk nightly to request towels. $35 a day to park my car is a little steep, but comparable in Nola from what I saw.

We liked the size of the room and that it had 2 vanities. Also good to have a microwave and fridge. Pool area is nice. Breakfast was good and very efficient. Liked the bar area and bar tenders were very nice and accommodating.

The air conditioner is so loud, old and it's either freezing or hot, very difficult to regulate. Did not like that the staff was not enforcing your own mask mandate. Many guests and cleaning staff did not wear masks including in the elevator, which made us very uncomfortable. We wish you closed the pool area by midnight or so because we could hear people partying all thru the night. I woke up at 4AM and they were still out there.
