Very friendly staff. It’s not the newest apartment, but it’s well equipped and has several subway stations very close to the hotel. 20 minutes to the Broadway theaters and to the biggest attractions close to Times Square.

We booked for 5 people and the room was for 4. There seems to be a communication problem between the hotel and booking. However the very friendly staff (in particular Gabe, very friendly and efficient) and also the staff of booking solved the problem in a very satisfactory manner.

I used to live in this wonderful neighborhood before I moved to Spain, so it already felt like home when we arrived. But as soon as we met Gabe, it felt like I had a new friend. And by the time we left, he was like family. So nice, welcoming and helpful. He was a big part of the overall excellent experience. And the suite was fantastic, plenty of room, comfy beds, huge bathroom, full kitchen. Warm water that never runs out. So close to restaurants, bars and shops that we love. Little Italy, Chinatown, etc in close walking distance. We liked it so much, we'll be staying there again 2 nights before we return to Spain. Thank you Gabe!!!! It was a pleasure staying here and meeting you!

The Off-SoHo hotel is well situated – a block away from SoHo – and the appartement where we stayed was big enough for 5 – 2 adults and 3 adolescents. On top, it’s close to a Whole Food Market and 5 mins walking from Katz. In the hotel, everyone was very gentle and willing to help. Thank you, Gabe and all 😊

The neighbourhood can be a bit noisy (but the bars are nice). The decoration could be refreshed, and the cooking equipment is minimalistic, but in the end, we were able to cook with no issues – and in NYC on holidays with a family, it does make a difference.

The location was good. The Staff was efficient, and courteous, more curious than helpful when asking for directions or recommendations. But nice overall. I like the full kitchen. I would suggest a smaller fridge and kitchen and a better sofa bed quality but for the rest, it was great.

Sofabed was not comfortable. Our neighbors were noisy to say it nicely, but that´s not the hotel's fault. One weird thing that can be solved: The curtains cover the A/C so the options are: you sleep with the A/C on and the curtains open and, you sleep with the curtains closed with no A/C, or you sleep with the A/C on and the curtains closed but the fresh air stays between the window and the curtains.

I totally loved this place! The location was great (Lower Manhattan) very close to everything. The suite itself was lovely! I stayed there a week and it really did feel like home! It was spacious, clean and comfortable. There was everything there that I needed: a coffee machine with coffee, a fridge and microwave etc. Not forgetting the lovely Gabe on the reception desk who was very welcoming and pleasant. He upgraded me to the suite I ended up staying in. Hopefully, I will return to New York in the future and I would definitely want to stay here again. Would definitely recommend! 🙂

I loved everything about this place!

The service was great and the price was fantastic. Nothing to complain about! The staff are really wonderful and it's near the tenement museum, which is a must-do.

This is not the right place for you if you have deeper pockets and desire more luxury or a smart-enabled, modern hotel. This is a basic, no-frills place that's good for people who are not into bells and whistles. The air-conditioning is basic and old-school, the bathroom is very bare, and the furnishings are the furthest thing from luxe, but have an old-fashioned charm that you will enjoy if you like brick and basics. We enjoyed this place very much.

Our Suite was clean and gave us plenty of space which was very much appreciated. The staff were all lovely, friendly and helpful. The kitchen was well equipped and we could have cooked some meals there if we wanted to. We have enjoyed our stay very much.

The area is slightly edgy and was very noisy at night because some major roads are very nearby. We were always safe though and the 24hour reception was very reassuring.

Great size to the deluxe room, spacious double bedroom and bathroom, very comfy double sofa bed. Kitchen very spacious too, lots of storage. Towels changed every day. There's a tiny fitness room inbasement and a laundry room. Excellent location to explore NoLita and LES; subway to JFK 1m walk, subway to uptown / brooklyn 5m walk. Minor negatives: Wifi was a little hit and miss; nothing in kitchen (no coffee filters or kitchen roll for example); I am looking forward to my next stay here!

When I tried to change booking to one night less, I never received ANY contact from the hotel so we paid an extra night which was ok given the prices in town anyway!

Good sized rooms for a family. The kitchen was handy for some meal preparation as it is very expensive to eat out with 4 people. Reception was good and gave us some good tips. Close to subway

At night the area felt a little unsafe but we didn't have any trouble as such. A lot of bars close by but not a lot of eateries
