my card was charged on 3 separate days after telling reception and reservations which card to charge, my charge was charged 3 times and 3 times I had to advise of the incorrection which blocked my card. apart from that the entire stay location and hotel was great.

We loved everything about this hotel. From the start as we checked in, storing our luggage while discovering the city, preparing our room before we returned, night service, facilities in the room, airy light design of the roolm, luxureous fabrics, very, very comfortable and handy bathroom, the excellent breakfast (one of the best we experienced while visiting NY) .... just very satisfied :)

The place is fabulous. Understated and elegant. The bar is amazing and the food lives up to the hype. Great staff. Thomas, the Concierge is on point and super respectful.
Unfortunately, the neighborhood has gone downhill. Certainly not the fault of the hotel. More of a warning to guests that aren’t paying attention on the streets.

I love the decor of the Crosby, in the rooms but especially in the restaurant and lounge areas. The staff, from check in to restaurant to housekeeping are wonderfully helpful and professional. And the location is perfect for all the things we love do.

Some of the staff had a negative attitude especially the resturant manager she was an Asian lady whom though she was making me a Flavour when I wanted to gave my coffee and breakfast this happened on the 20th of May @ around 10:30 morning

A coffee machine in the room for a first coffee in the morning would be fantastic.
