NobleDEN Hotel

It is a great location. Places to eat are everywhere around in the walking distance. Subway is five minutes away. Hotel is well equipped, you can have a tea or coffee in the lobby. The bonus is a roof terrace with a great view on lower manhattan on one side and Empire State on the other. You can bring drinks or a dinner there and have a pleasant evening. Staff at the reception was very nice and helpful, the manager of the hotel was super nice and helped us a lot with our departure.

Our first visit to New York- this hotel seemed good value compared to others of a similar review score and it turned out to be an excellent choice. Location was very good - on the corner of Chinatown and Little Italy - great subway/ metro links - JFK direct to the Bowery 300 metres away - within 5 minutes walk of a multitude of shops - (esp clothing) catering for all tastes .restaurants and bars .Reception staff- first class ,friendly ,knowledgeable and helpful .An excellent free coffee and tea machine in the lobby ,breakfast croissants on the table and often fresh fruit available .Never had to wait for a lift - (often commented on in reviews of NY hotels) - the room was warm ,the bed exceptionally comfortable ( it was a cold January ),cleaned daily and had a brilliant powerful shower .People ,in reviews,often suggest NY hotel rooms are tiny ,but this was perfectly adequate for a week's stay .It ticked all the boxes for a superb break and I would recommend it without hesitation . PS In some reviews people expressed reservations about the left luggage arrangements .Yes it is left in the corner of the lobby but it is ticketed ,locked together and in full view of CCTV cameras and I was more than happy to leave ours there on the final day as aslo I had never seen the reception desk unsupervised .

We had the most amazing stay at Nobleden and would highly recommend to anyone visiting New York! The staff are really friendly and accommodating. We got engaged while in New York and parents sent some gifts to the room which they were happy to accommodate, and we also received a bottle of red wine as it was my partner's birthday while we were out there. As room sizes go in New York it was a really decent size with lots of smart storage solutions and spaces that make the room feels much bigger. Really liked the nice big waterfall shower and the beds were really comfortable. The hotel was really clean and well maintained. The roof terrace is just amazing, with views of downtown to one side, and then the Empire State building to the other - it is a must to go up there with a bottle of something and watch the sunset. There are tea/coffee facilities downstairs with a variety of options, and in the morning there are fruit/pastries but these tend to go before 8am, so not too early, and the hotel was at full capacity when we stayed. We stayed there during the Feast of San Gennaro was on and so it was very busy outside with lots of people, music and food stalls. This didn't bother us and just made the city feel even more lively and gave us some more food choices. Really good connections to a few subway stations so was convenient to travel anywhere in Manhattan. Lots of food options nearby. Highly recommend!

Before we arrived at the hotel, we prepared our kids for a hotel room that would be the smallest they had ever seen because we were in Manhattan and that's the way it is. When we opened the door, it couldn't have been more different. The room was spacious, we had space for all of our suitcases and then some. The beds were queens and extremely comfortable, and the shower was so big, we could have all showered together! We also liked that there was a rooftop sitting area that we could use 24/7. Our photos at sunset are incredible. The location is perfect for those that like to walk, you can go anywhere, and those that don't, there is a subway a block up the road. We had a fantastic weekend and will return to NobelDen for our future trips back.

Everything is excellent

The bed sheet has not change as well as the comforter. Why I know I have a dust allergy and I could not sleep the entire night scratching. Actually I forgot to bring my blue ray light flashlight.The noise outside the hotel like the garbage truck, and car honking.

Very clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff in a great location. Rooms were bigger than expected (everybody complaining about NYC hotels room size). Many Neighborhoods with great bars / restaurants / cafes (Chinatown, Little Italy, Soho, East Village, West Village) within walking distance (max. 10-15 min). Several subway stations nearby (lines B,D,J,Z,6,Q,M,... 5-10 min walk), so that you can easily travel to many directions without having to change train (Midtown east & west, Financial district, Brooklyn, Upper Manhattan,..). Ideal base for exploring the cool neighborhoods of Lower Manhattan and avoiding staying in the middle of the main tourist attractions (Times sq. etc.). Midtown is however easily accessible (<10min subway ride). Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends. Bonus: Great Rooftop, where you can bring your drinks and enjoy the skyline.

The staff was very polite and helpful with any issue. Rooms are new and well designed. The hotel is in a great area near Soho, little Italy & China town.

The staff was very polite and friendly. Manager Morgan was very kind and helpful about restaurant recommendations, directions and any queations we had. I had an unexpected zoom meeting, Morgan went out of his way to provide me with a suitable environment to have my meeting, which I really appreciated. He and his staff made us feel like we were being taken care of and were in good hands, which we appreciated very much.

It would be good to have a larger lounging area in the hotel, where we could sit, have a coffee/drink or read especially in between different activities in our programme or while waiting on others getting ready to go out, especially since our room was small to wait around. Roof is nice but it would be good to have an indoor area as well.

Hotel is located between Little Italy and Chinatown, which we didn’t appreciate. Family room is very small. We asked to change to a bigger room as we were travelling with two teenagers and staff told us that they were going to check if it was possible but the day after we were told that bigger rooms were all taken… Although room had a balcony, we ended up never using it as views were terrible (to the back of surrounding buildings) and there was a strong smell of food coming from restaurants nearby. When we checked-in we were told that room would be cleaned every two days and of course we were not happy about the idea, but maybe because staff noticed our disappointment, we found the room cleaned every day.

We are so pleased we booked the NobleDen for our week's stay in New York. The two rooms we booked were well air-conditioned, the beds were spacious and comfy, and we really liked the shower room and rain shower too. Staff were super friendly and gave us tips on where to eat and what to do. To top it off, the location was perfect for us as we could walk to so many areas. Lots of places for good coffee, bagels, Italian and Asian food nearby but also so much to explore in terms of shopping, sites, etc. The rooftop garden is great and has a neat view of the Empire State Building. We would definitely stay here again.
