Location was good, I would definitely stay here again. Very clean. Nice Aveda toiletries. Decor is minimal but attractive. Nice lobby. Rooms are small but are well decored, bed and pillows very comfortable. I had a room with a balcony, which I liked had a great view. Felt safe ( traveling solo)

My first night the air conditioning was SO Loud I couldn't sleep. I asked for a different room and they gave me one where the air conditioning was very quiet. The only disappointment was their website and description on booking.com says there is a roo top lounge for guests to hang out, and that is why I chose the hotel. Well there is no longer a rooftop available. They really should give me a discount. I do recommend the hotel it's a cool place , extremely clean, and the beds are comfortable

My room was great. Typical NYC small but well designed. Loved the high concrete ceilings. Good design ages well. The small terrace was great to get fresh air and watch the city life go by. Loved the glass showers and ceiling fan. Bed was so comfortable. Staff was amazing and friendly. Cleaning lady was so kind to me. I’d never stayed in Nolita before and I have to say I really loved it. Feels like a true NYC residential neighborhood. It was close to where i was working in the city so that helps too. Great food options! You can grab an easy pizza slice and gelato on the street or get a table at a nicer restaurant. As a guest you get use a local gym a couple blocks away which was brilliant.

Internet was very slow. It could have just been my room for some reason but they couldn’t seem to fix it so it was difficult to work. Kenmare can get car horns in evening because it is an access point to the Williamsburg bridge to Brooklyn.

the location always a plus

Have been here many times even during Covid for a staycation, usually the rooms are super clean and well maintained. overall the king corner room always my favorite with the deep tub but when I was soaking I noticed trash under the sink area which housekeeping missed…which kinda grossed me out. now that’s things are opening up perhaps a staff mtg might be helpful along with checking rooms to ensure the rooms are not only clean but also things like the TP holder are attached to the wall properly. we told staff they apologized but the hotel team just tighten things up to make sure the rooms are clean and well maintained.

Location near Little Italy and in the real feel NYC. Gritty with lots of bar’s restaurants on doorstep. Bed was comfortable shower very good too. Bowery tube station very close so quick cheap airport access.

No kettle in room but hot water and coffee for couple of hours in lobby in morning but was often only warm. A simple kettle so we could bring our own tea coffee would be great so we didn’t have to nip out 1st thing. Also it says it has free bikes to use but if the 4 usually 3 had punctures for the 7 days even though repair shop was next block away.

I stay here frequently. I lived in the Lower East Side, and I love being back. It's so close to all of the shopping, the subway, the best restaurants. It's a hotel that really fits in with the neighborhood and understands the vibe of the location. The prices are pretty great too. For a regular room, you pay $250. The beds are super comfy, good pillows, fancy bathrooms. If you bump up to $350 or $400, you can sometimes get one of their corner suites, with the big soaking tub facing the windows out to the city. It's very worth the price and is a wonderful splurge, particularly if you have a partner with you or are in town to relax.

At times, in staying here, the front desk staff has been weirdly prickly. The hotel does not provide anything in terms room service amenities, extras or even a coffee maker en-suite. I've had late check-ins where I felt like I was a hassle they were dealing with instead of a guest. A repeat one, at that. To be fair, I've also been upgraded out of nowhere. So it's really a roll of the dice I guess, as to the person you get at check-in. They do provide coffee in the morning downstairs for free, which somewhat makes up for the lack of coffee in the room. But I think they could fork out for water kettles and instant packets and it would be a nice touch. The hotel feels posh and the lack of in-room tea and coffee kind of cheapens it.

Superb location to lovely streets, buzzing cafes and restaurants , easy access to all subways and to Soho and Chinatown. A really lovely place to walk, eat and shop. Friendly reception staff who knew the area and could make recommendations. Loved reading my book in the foyer and people watching.

I hate coffee in polystyrene cups (SO BAD for the environment) and so whilst I appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee in the mornings I wish the mugs provided were reusable . Also , my balcony was not because of renovations being done to the facade.

Great location, lots of shops and cafes around (Egg Shop around the corner and Ruby's Cafe on Mulberry St. are fantastic!), numerous metro stops close by (direct line to Jamaica's AirTrain to JFK), but can get to lots of places on foot. Very helpful and friendly reception staff. Comfortable bed.

Can hear noise from the corridor. Got charged for the items we didn't use, had to call back to get a refund. Wish room and tea/coffee facilities (complimentary tea coffee in a thermos in the lobby between 7-10am).

Staff were very accommodating for early check in after an early flight which was much appreciated. Room was clean and bright, and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in. The location of the hotel is fantastic as it surrounded by endless places to shop and eat while also being a short walking distance to the metro.

The hot water was slow to kick in, but once it did it worked well.

The hotel is super cute and so are the rooms, loved staying in Soho close to so many restaurants and shops! the staff at the hotel were always so friendly greeting us when we came in and saying bye to us when we left! if we had any question they would always answer them. I don’t know the girls name when I checked in but she was so sweet and friendly made it feel very welcoming when checking in! also really enjoyed the gym association with GYM NYC enjoyed stopping in there daily to get my workouts in!

The location is absolutely amazing - highly recommended. You could also use their bikes for no cost - which was awesome. The staff was friendly, the morning coffee was the best coffee in town. All an all, had a great stay and would stay at the hotel again, for sure.

The only minus was that there was no door for the bathroom (shower). Design-wise nice but not so very practical.
