Solita Soho Hotel

Everything. For being in the heart of SOHO it was perfect. Room is VERY small but its ok. If you are there to visit NY you wont spend that much time in the room anyways. Staff was really nice and helpful. They have complimentary coffee and pastries every morning and afternoon which was nice, and there was coffee in the room too. Bed is suuuper comfy. Shower was amazing. I'd go back and recommend this place, great value for Manhattan

Had issue with wifi not working. They told me that my floor sometimes has issues and said they could move me in the morning. But the following day they said they couldn't move rooms for me and wouldnt privide any solution, just apologized.. I complained and requested compensation, they finally compensated the taxes of that night, around $20

What I liked about this hidden gem write in the middle of little Italy amongst china town. If booking didn't have such a great rate I never would have known of this place which is beautiful. Very clean & compact and I slept very well. Love the shower heads and dual soaps attached inside tub: shampoo & shower gel, great concept. They offer 20% Starbucks around corner. They offer free cookies and punch & water during day. Stop by and enjoy this gem for yourself you won't be disappointed..you will thank me😏

Well when arrived room wasn't ready. When we got to what we thought was our room double bed, it was a lovely room but TV didn't work. Nor did key card, maid was cleaning so unit was open. We went across hall to our room had Queen bed prior to getting in we had to change key cards twice.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Solita Soho, and I must say, it was an absolute delight! The location of Solita Soho is simply unbeatable. Nestled in the heart of SoHo, it puts you right at the center of all the action. The proximity to the vibrant Italian restaurants was a real highlight for me. Each day, I found myself stepping out and being surrounded by an array of delectable culinary options. Whether I was in the mood for a trendy brunch spot, a cozy cafe, or a high-end dining experience, everything was just a stone's throw away. It's an absolute foodie's dream come true! Not only that, but this hotel also offered easy access to major tourist attractions, adding to the overall convenience of my stay. Exploring the city became a breeze as I could easily walk to iconic landmarks, renowned museums, and trendy boutiques. Even after a long day of sightseeing, I always felt at ease knowing I could return to the comforting ambiance of Solita Soho

The loveliest staff who were helpful and genuine! Totally comfy bed and great water pressure in the shower. The pastries, coffee/tea & hot chocolate were such a caring touch. The location is absolutely amazing! We will definitely stay again! You really feel that someone cares in this hotel.

The rooms can be a bit loud at night. We had some people on our floor that stayed out late and sounded like they were in the room when talking in the hallways. You also do get traffic noise. The heating is hot air being blown into the room, which seems quite common in New York so I’m sure lots of hotels have the same but just mentioning in case anyone is sensitive to this.

We stayed 6 nights. The queen bed room was big and comfortable with all the amenities. Great view of New York. Very good location. The female staff were great and amended the mistakes of the male staff. I liked the coffee and muffins in the morning. The room was especially comfortable as there were many sockets, a wardrobe, good lights and a safe.

The male receptionist made many mistakes and did`nt give vital information: I had booked the room for 3 nights When I wanted to extend my stay, the receptionist made a new reservation and promised me a late check out with no charge He didn`t explain that Ihave to check out and in again. Eventually I was charged for the late checkout.

One of the best value hotels in Soho! 4 min walk to Canal St station which has access to 9 different lines NQRW JZ and 456. Rooms were clean and serviced daily. Complementary coffee until 10am and cookies and punch in the lobby between 4-6 pm. Free ice machine and water as well. Can’t say enough about the value of the location and quality for the price!

The double beds were a bit small for 2 people to share, and floor space is very limited. Expected for NYC though, floor itself was very clean which is a plus.

The location is very comfortable , very close to Little Italy and Subway stations. I did forget my Bose headset and I realized it when I was at the airport . The personnel at the Hotel has been very helpful for me , honest and fair. I set up a pick up at the hotel and sent them via UPS. They have been the proof that in this world,fair people still exist. Thanks a lot!

I stayed here for NYFW. The location was a few blocks from Spring Studios, which was perfect for me. But, what really stood out was the staff. I stayed for about a week so I saw different employees at the desk. They were proactively accommodating and kind. This experience really sticks out to me because I can't recall a time when a hotel's staff, as a whole, was this welcoming.

I had a great time at the hotel and it served my needs perfectly. It was also close to the subway, which made getting around town convenient. No complaints.

The staff was really nice and helpfull, the room was a little bit small but we were prepared for it and it was OK. We left in the morning and came back in the evening. In the morning there are fresh cooffee and pastries and in the afternoon some cookies and lemonade. Location was really good (close to different subway stations) and we felt safe here.

Nothing fancy, but a great value. All the basics in good working order. Minimal street noise in Soho during the night, so I got a great night’s sleep. Great mattress. Nice linens. Clean. Included bathtub (not just a shower which was a super updated shower), which was a nice plus for me. Fantastic value for the price.

Coffee available for in-room brewer, but no tea bags; no sweeteners or creamers.
