Really friendly staff. Everyone was so nice!!! The hotel and our room was super clean. Nice sized room. Extremely comfortable bedding with tons of extra pillows. Great shower. Very quiet even though we were right next to the elevator and only on the seventh floor. Great location with tons of restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend and would absolutely stay there again.

The only breakfast option was delivery. Although the coffee and 2nd floor living room were nice. It was a total bummer that we couldn’t access the rooftop bar/restaurant or even check out the view because of a private party. One of the reasons I chose the hotel was for the view from the roof. Also, for some odd reason I couldn’t plug anything into the outlets in the bathroom.

I went to NYC in August for 10 days (17-27) for my Birthday. 50 Hotel Bowery was absolutely fantastic. The staff were exceptionally helpful and polite and approachable. I had an issue with my credit card upon check in which the Hotel staff went out of their way to resolve and they were very very apologetic for the inconvenience. On my Birthday I was surprised with a bottle of red wine in my room which was a very thoughtful and kind gesture. In general the hotel is lovely throughout with a roof top bar The Crown which is great way to spend an evening after a full day of sight seeing and walking. The views are amazing. Brookly bridge is literally 20 mins walk from the Hotel to walk across to Brooklyn. All in all I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

It was great to have windows that looked out to a view. Even on Level 4 there was a view. It was quiet even though it is in a busy location. The room was a very good size for 2 adult friends to share. Beds were comfortable and the air con was easy to control. Good to have a safe in the room and a small fridge. Friendly staff who were always keen to help. Staff were very helpful to assist another friend staying at the hotel when she became ill. They immediately organised medical care for her. There was always availability of bottled water when needed. The Level 2 common space is a great addition, especially to have an area to go to out of the hotel room to sit and relax. Also great that there is tea, coffee and ice available until early afternoon in the level 2 space. This is also a convenient place to work or eat. The roof top bar has a great view, There were always many fresh towels available in the cupboard. So close to Soho, Little Italy, subway access, Brooklyn. Many subway lines that connect easily throughout Manhattan. Steamer to iron clothes available. Storage for luggage also available and came in handy after we checked out. Overall would definitely stay again and would recommend.

The bathroom was nice and big but lacked any bench space to leave products. Some shelves would come in handy. There was a cupboard in the room and was okay to hang things, but would have been great to have some full length hanging. Maybe some extra drawers under the large bench / under where the TV is. The hotel is pet friendly - which is okay except when dogs are distressed when left in their room alone. There was a dog barking constantly from very early morning one of the mornings we were there. Staff did follow-up when told about it they sent security to check to see if the dog was okay.

Beautifully decorated, spacious room, comfortable bed and bath. Loved the 2nd floor common room and terrace where we had breakfast every day.

Despite the rooftop bar being open, we came in 1/2 before they closed and they wouldn’t serve us a drink. Our shower wasn’t working the first day but they resolved it quickly.

The location is perfect, it’s close to the tube station, in a lively area. Any destination we picked was max.30 minutes from the hotel, which was great. Our room was big and comfortable, very large bed, nice bathroom. Breakfast was not included in our fare but, we ordered it twice in the communal space on the 2nd floor and it was good; I appreciated the fact that there were some vegan options. It’s also nice that you can get coffee and tea during the day, enjoying a nice view. We also tried the rooftop bar which was really amazing, the view was just incredible. And the last thing, we tried the gym which is not big but there is all you need.

The only thing I would say is that the gym was very dirty. The rest of the hotel was really clean.

Staff is very helpful. Super clean and spectacular view. Nice design of the room and bathroom. Wi-Fi was perfect.

The location was great and made for an interesting walk. It felt safe and was pretty much a straight shot everywhere we went in lower Manhattan. The staff was friendly and our house keeper was on it ever day! It’s like she knew when we were leaving and cleaned with a wand lol. No complaints. I only wish we got her name (she was gone our last day). The Crown bar was nice and convenient. It had delicious cocktails but they were pricey like anywhere in NYC so not really a complaint. Kore Coffee around the corner is definitely worth a try!

An airport shuttle option would have been nice and maybe a slight discount for hotel guests at the bar. We would have really appreciated complementary bottles of water in the fridge or even the lounge. They do offer some discounts for local shops around the hotel which is nice. But we weren’t given the voucher at check in. This is if I had to nitpick!

everything form check in to check out . Loved the mini fridge they should mention it when you are booking . Lovely clean quiet room . Valet parking is a bonus . Lovely staff members nothing was too much trouble for them . Really enjoyed the roof top bar , the views are Amazing . Also appreciated the maximum security steps taken at the hotel , we felt very safe.

it says upon booking that car is $50 a night which was fair to us but we were charged $70 for our "oversized car" but its an Audi A4 wagon not even an SUV so I thought that was a bit cheeky and should be mentioned upon booking. Pillows were a bit mushy if I'm picky . Also only thing with the chinatown location is it is one of the more grubby parts of the city .

Stayed in the 2 double bed room which was super spacious and fine for the 3 of us. The beds and bedding were lovely and the bathroom was nice and also spacious. We needed more wardrobe space however. The room was always well cleaned and loved having a steamer. Nice to have the roof top bar and terrace on floor two. Most staff were super helpful and friendly and we loved our stay.

The hairdryer provided wasn't the best so would have preferred to have a better quality one. One front desk staff member wouldn't give a coffee voucher and was quite argumentative when I pointed out that their socials said I was able to have one daily. It's a shame the rooftop bar isn't open a little later in the week.

I really enjoyed the design of the room. The room is spacy, mild colors and feels refurbished, fresh and classy. There was a minifridge where you could put drinks etc (no minibar). Products in shower were nice, mild but fresh fragrance. Comfortable desk. The location was good, 5-7 min walk to the metrostation, easy to walk to Chinatown, Little Italy and all shops/restos etc near SOHO/BOWERY/LOWER MANHATTAN. Nice roof top bar. I enjoyed the stay.

There is a "living room" on floor 2 where you can get coffee, but I missed not having a proper breakfast restaurant. I also did not enjoy the blankets, they were sheets covering the blanket rather than duvet covers - but this is details.
