Great continental and cooked options for breakfast with plenty of drink options. Clean room, decent size. I was on the 18th floor but the elevator takes you up in about 15 seconds. Staff were very friendly. Worked out at £105 a night, just around the corner from times square. Fantastic value for money and location. 1 free beer between 5 and 6pm every day is another added bonus.

Consistent breakfast options as some days there was no bacon, no hash browns etc. That being said, breakfast was still pretty great.

The room was great, great size, very comfortable bed and linens. Great to have a fridge, shower was good pressure and easy to use, the hairdryer is also really good and having multiple usb sockets meant I barely needed the adapters. we loved the location easy to walk into Tines square, there are homeless people but that happens in all cities sadly. The choice at breakfast was great, good coffee, loads of pastries, bagels, waffles, yoghurt, fruit etc as well as some hot dishes

The set up at breakfast is chaotic, unless you go before 7.30 The juice is horrible and not fresh juice at all. Some food is not topped up often enough The elevators are slow and not enough for the amount of guests You should provide proper glasses and cups in rooms and not plastic

The hotel took my deposit but haven't returned it. I Have sent numerous messages but no reply. Its been 2 months since my stay. Very disappointed

Perfect location - central midtown and easy to reach Times Square / Broadway / shopping areas / Hudson yards. Bed and pillows- so comfy! Very clean. Lovely shower and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and shower gel - all good quality). Good hairdryer provided - no need to bring one. Microwave, safe, ironing board, coffee machine, large TV in room. Air conditioning worked very well.

Yes, the lifts can be slow to arrive at peak times, but it's really not as bad as people say! Breakfast is the one let down. The quality of a lot of the options isn't great and it is absolute chaos - very had to find a seat, people perched anywhere they can. Not enough space in the room. Lots of jostling. To be honest, it would be better not to bother!

Just about 10 minutes walk to Times Square, 6-7 minutes walk from Port Authority, 2 minutes walk from Pen Station & Madison Square Garden.

They are cleaning the rooms and changing towels every 3 days. I think it is too much. It would be better If they did it every 2 days. Too many Weed smokers at the area around the Hotel as well at whole Manhattan. Because of Covid-19 everything in breakfast is packed in plastic. Too much plastic, they could avoid it.

This was actually my second stay in 2 weeks. I had booked a room the weekend before and was so pleasantly surprised that I booked again for my trip the following weekend. Excellent location just a few blocks from Moynihan Hall/Penn Station, yet just 1/2 block to all the action you could want. Very inviting lobby with multiple seating areas, area to buy drinks, well-stocked 'store', hot drinks always available. Friendly staff and quick check-in. Security appreciated (must use room key to use the elevator). Extremely well-designed room with big windows, amazingly quiet, able to open a window for fresh air, microwave, fridge, coffee/tea service, why-didn't-anyone-think-of-this-before? set-up in the shower/tub with faucet on the opposite side of the showerhead so no need to endure a cold blast, wonderfully comfortable bed. BREAKFAST available for a good span of time and haven't seen such a diverse spread of hot and cold items since staying in a European hotel, and with plenty of seating so it never felt too crowded; very well done. All of these were reasons I booked here for my return trip, and they automatically upgraded me to a larger room with a couch and all of the previously mentioned features. Sweet!

The only negative was that the elevator never came on the check-out morning of my first trip; I walked down from my 15th floor room and still couldn't get into the lobby, had to wait and ride down from 2nd floor. I think someone forgot to put up the sign clarifying that the elevator did not stop at that floor(?).

Excellent hotel, decent price and decent breakfast. some previous reviews mentioned that the breakfast was one of the weak points, but given the crazy prices in New York, even a basic breakfast is worth the money 😂 also clean and in an excellent location

The localization is pretty good. It is close to Penn Station and you can access the trains and subway easily. The room is significant for the New York standards, I think. They also keep your baggage there before check-in and after checkout for free. This is awesome! The bed and the room are nice too. If you are planning to book a hotel just to sleep and explore the city, this is the hotel for you.

The localization is also a bad thing because it is located in the garment district. It has a lot of panhandlers there. You should be careful if you are planning to walk late. Prefer to use 9th Avenue instead of 8th Avenue to return to the hotel. The breakfast was under my expectations too. I was aware of American-style breakfast, but the taste of the food was my frustration. I also requested someone to take my trash late some night and they simply forgot.

The breakfast was very impressive. A huge buffet of hot and cool foods. Fruits, juices, coffee, hot and boxed cereals. The Weekend included waffles. There is a seating area outside (the indoor seating was kind of cramped, but they had ample seating in the lobby). There was a bar that gave out small samples in the morning and had light snacks. The staff was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. The gym was expansive and very nice with a wide variety of equipment. The hotel was very close to Penn Station/ Moynihan Train Station. Close to the theatre district and a block and a half from Times Square.

Our room had a king sized bed and sofa bed. When the sofa bed was open the room was cramped especially when trying to get to the bathroom. The room should have been flipped with the sofa bed near the window. This would have maximized the space more.

The room is in a good size. and well equipped. You have a microwave and refrigerator which are very handy and help save up money on food. It is central with walking distance to all the important stuff.

The doorman/Bell boy always acted like I am bothering them from playing on their phones. The front desk is a bit clueless on general area questions. The breakfast wasn't so good or healthy. burgers and bread daily. no vegetables and very limited supply of fruits. Perhaps this is due to Covid. not sure.
