Four Points by Sheraton Manhattan SoHo Village

Really large room in comparison to most hotels I've stayed at in NYC, spotlessly clean too and the free bottles of water were really appreciated. Location was excellent too in a good area for restaurants and access to the subway. I arrived early for check-in and the receptionist was very helpful in storing my bags whilst I waited for the room to be readied.

The window seals on the room were very poor - the wind was whistling through the gaps! Luckily the heating system in the room was enough to cancel out the slight chill from the window. The door locks on the room I was in (606) were also in quite a poor state, you had to pull the door a certain fiddly way to get the lock to latch in correctly and if not the door wasn't secure.

Staff works hard and is friendly. Elevator is super fast which was nice

No housekeeping. Have to ask. We were there 6 nights. We always had to ask for more towels body wash toilet paper. I suggest offering towel service and extra amenities for such a long stay

The room was at the front of the building, and on the weekend we heard alot of noise from the street

no fan in bathroom, blankets were thin like sheets. restaurant is not related to hotel. not a lot of space to work especially if you need to take digital meetings.

The bed was very comfortable! Love the pillows! Had just the right number of blankets on it! The room was simple and clean. It's small but considering the cost of hotels in New York - this is a great value. I had just come from another hotel very close by that was very dumpy but it cost the same as Four Points- Four Points was a HUGE step up.

There was construction going on during my stay. However, since I stayed over the weekend, the construction did not impact my stay much at all, but it did impact the view. Like most buildings in New York - the walls are thin, so you will hear people in the hallway, but that didn't bother me much at all.

The location was great! Nice neighbourhood with cosy restaurants, coffee shops, and the bank of the river for peaceful walks. Subway connections great to sightseeings, and even walking distance to many interesting places.

Internet connection in the room was weak, in the lobby great, though. Wifi was unexpectedly poor in New York locations, thus it would have been nice to have it working in the room.

Location was great, very close to the subway and easy to get pretty much anywhere! Staff were all very nice and helpful! Check-in time was 3PM, we arrived around 10AM and they let us check-in and head to our room immediately, which was AMAZING! Room was clean, on the smaller side but perfect for two people sharing a bed.

Sometimes there was a loud repetitive thumping sound coming from behind the bathroom wall/ceiling, but was easily muted by closing the bathroom door and didn’t bother us too much. Would have loved a mini fridge in the room.

The room is small but i have no complain as it is New York! The location is unbeatable, walk-able to tons of restaurants and stores. 3 minute walk to subway and bus stop is just around corner. They also serve complimentary coffee and pastries in the morning. Free water in the room

They didn't refill body wash during our stay. The housekeeping should check daily when clean up the room. room is a bit small if for 4 persons

The mattress in rm 204 was unacceptable and needs to be changed out...

I was located next to the elevator so since the walls were thin we heard every time someone exited and talking and our neighbor sounded like they were in our room . however this discovery will not stop me from booking this hotel again . I will ask for a room away from the elevator. also I left something in the room after check out and Angie spent a lot of time finding it for me and did.
