SpringHill Suites by Marriott New York Midtown Manhattan/Park Ave

Great staff, very friendly. Location was very good, walking distance to many nice areas and the subway. The room is good, comfy bed, good shower, big TV. Breakfast was good, a few warm options (not really healthy), and oatmeal, yogurt, bananas, apples, bagels, etc.

Everything is disposable, plastic cutlery, paper plates, and packed bagels. This was a shock for me as the hotel was my 1st impression of the country. Later I found out that everywhere is like that, but as part of the Marriot group, I would expect better care with the environment, not to mention that proper dishware and cutlery are nicer to use.

It is a clean, small hotel with friendly staff, and is convenient to subways to get anywhere you would want to be in the city.

For some reason, the elevators bang all the time, day and night. So if you are a light sleeper, be sure to get a room far away from elevators. And the rooms are a bit small compared to other SpringHill suites I'm used to.

Great free breakfast that the kids loved. Super friendly staff. New hotel, clean, excellent location just 2 blocks from the 6 train. While the room was on the smaller side, the bed was a king and we were very comfortable. Rooms are generally small in NYC and this was the norm. I will definitely stay here again.

The neighborhood was pretty, & close to several metro stops. Our room was available early so we could get drop our bags and get on our way. The staff was very attentive & friendly. Great neighborhood for running too.

The mini fridge was hard to get into, the cabinet it’s in opens opposite from the fridge.

Everything is good here. The staff are all very friendly. Also have good breakfast. Good location, close to metro and not far from attractions in NYC.

A little bit pricey. No tap water. (Or get that in the gym.)

Disappointed arriving at breakfast 8:30 am. All the hot breakfast was gone. The staff said they were putting good out. They did not. Never got to eat the waffle or hot fresh chicken or turkey, whichever was suppose to be served. Coffee was good.

Replenish hot breakfast while open for guests.

The property is very good comparing to the prices in New York. The breakfast is good too

The bed was so comfortable and the location was great. The hotel was also so clean and quite.

Terrific bathroom with lots of towels and plentiful hot water.

The room was rather dark—more lighting would have improved my stay.
