Paying for parking at the hotel every time you leave the parking spot, as a hotel guest we should pay a fixed amount per day no matter how many times we leave the parking lot and re enter

This property sits on historic Navy Pier, and is ideally situated to be fairly centrally located to other points of interest. We enjoyed the 1/2 mile stroll down the pier each morning as we made our way into the city. The staff was extremely customer-oriented and the rooms tastefully decorated, clean, and comfortable. This was an incredible find for the time of year and the price. Would absolutely recommend this property to others, and to stay again.

This could have been an isolated experience but very tolerable - the A/C unit in our room clanked and made some degree of noise while its was on. Might have been an issue for light sleepers. Otherwise, it operated normally and we were able to have steady, cool air while we were in the hotel room. We stayed here for 6 nights and were impressed by the quality of stay we experienced and had very few, if any, complaints.

Beautiful view from room. Pricing was a little expensive for food, excursion, ect.

Had bo hot water while we were there. Not that is wasn't facility fault, but person at front desk kept saying it would be fixed in the next hour or so. Was over 24 hours later. Honestly, I believe customers should have had some compensation. Only good customer service. Family has buisness and should always compensate in some way. Discount or complimentary something. Christopher Romeres was great at everything we needed when asked. He even went back to valay to retrieve husband's phone. He was absolutely wo derful.

The down pillows really added a nice touch. The view was absolutely to die for, and I loved the lounging couch next to the window. The shower was awesome, very steamy. Housekeeping came in and made the bed and did a quick tidy, which also made the room feel nice and clean when we came back from our day adventuring. The Lirica had amazing cocktails, I would highly recommend stopping in there for a drink or two.

Parking cost was very high, so we parked elsewhere. Would have been nice if one of the bars in the hotel stayed open past 10, but I'm sure their hours are different in the summer season.

The hotel is in a wonderful position, at the end of the end of the Navy Pier. The room had a wonderful view on the lake and, partially, the city. From the hotel you can walk outside or inside the mall and reach Downtown with a 30-minutes walk or just take a Uber (I would recommend the walk though). The restaurant has few but very good options for dinner/lunch. And if you want to try something else, there are several options nearby. The gym is small but well equipped - perfect for a quick workout.

The breakfast included is with vouchers - there's no internal communication between the hotel and the restaurant on that front. Although forgetting the voucher the first time was my fault, it should be quite straightforward to communicate the list of guests with included breakfast to the restaurant to avoid confusion - its entrance is literally 5 meters from the reception. The AC is a bit noisy at night.

Location and views were amazing! Convenient to all Navy Pier has to offer, and easy to get rideshares. Room was gorgeous and had mini fridge and Keurig machine. The bench by the window to look out over the lake and skyline was our favorite.

No microwave in room. A few things I noticed could’ve been cleaned better (tequila bottle sticker still stuck to side table, hair stuck to wall of sink and shower areas). One person at front desk seemed to roll their eyes when I asked them to hold our bags for the afternoon after checkout, but everyone else at the front desk was more than polite and helpful with it.

location and view

a little difficult in figuring out how to navigate things. adjustment to room service, I felt detached from the whole idea of hospitality. I felt that the Sable felt I should have known how they operated.

The location is amazing and the views are absolutely beautiful. The ease of access to a large variety of activities is nice and Navy Pier is always great. The room itself, which was a King, was just about perfect. there was a side table with a tray you could take out to use where ever you would need a flat surface in the room. We used it to eat some meals (IDOF is delicious, btw!), on the bench by the window. The dresser with 2 large drawers was the right size to put several personal items, and while we didn't use it for clothes, it could easily accommodate so much stuff. The top of that dresser was very nice white counter with black rails on top, perfect for setting down almost anything, I used it to empty my pockets, and my wife used it to

Why is there no microwave or 2.6 cubic foot to 3.3 cubic foot refrigerator? There was a shallow fridge where all you could in it were maybe bottles, like wine/champagne bottles, but I don't drink... At least a dorm fridge and a microwave should be standard. The maybe 1 cubic foot fridge that was shallow enough for maybe some bottles, felt as if the purpose was to deter guests from bringing food back and enjoying it later. Considering no matter what your purchase, you will more than likely receive large food portions, please allow people to store this small amount of food and reheat it.

The view and accessible to different foods and attractions

My reservation was not correct even after contacting the hotel before arrival day. The fact that no continental breakfast was offered with the prices we payed. As well as you had to put additional $100 down for each night that you was there. No microwave in your room. No way to get you back and forth from the hotel to or other places around the area outside the Navy Pier No Shuttle. Had to a uber,cab or lyft.

Omg the views were gorgeous. The little nook in our room overlooking the lake was a big hit with the kiddo. He even slept in the chair! We came for a gymnastics meet at Navy Pier, and it was worth every penny. We didn't have to go outside once, which was awesome in January!! Lots of food and shopping all inside. Parking was super reasonable with in and out privileges, and the attendants were so kind. Front desk staff was professional. Everything was perfect.

Nothing. 0 complaints. We hope to return next year! You can't complain about staying warm in Chicago in January. Haha.
